Hey hey! My room is available from NOW - FEBRUARY 1st UNTIL MARCH 15th (or flexible dates around that time / possible extension).
It's in a VEGAN WG with 3 lovely flatmates 🤗.
The price per month is 600 euros (300 Euros during the March period) and I require a kaution of 200 euros that will be returned if everything is alright after leaving.
The flat is located in Friedrichshain, near the Ubahn Weberweise and less than 10 minutes walking distance to Ostbahnhof.
We have an Edeka just in front of the place and many other supermarkets around, and the Volkspark Friedrichshain is like 5 minutes away by bike.
The flat has 4 rooms, so you would be living with 2 guys (Danish and Argentinian) and 1 girl (German). They are super friendly roommates! It is a VEGAN WG, but even if you're only vegetarian (like me), it's not hard to be vegan in the house since everyone cooks amazing and they can give you product tips and recipes 🙂 We have a shared balcony, and a huge bathroom and kitchen/living room, and live a pretty chill and very friendly life together.
It is a HUGE room, and I also use it as my little studio, using the room divider, and the best of all is that it has plenty of light, even in winter.

Hallo Leute! Mein Zimmer ist von JETZT - 1. FEBRUAR BIS 15. MÄRZ verfügbar (oder flexible Daten um diese Zeit / mögliche Verlängerung).
Es ist in einer VEGAN WG mit 3 netten Mitbewohnern 🤗.
Der Preis pro Monat beträgt 600 Euro (300 Euro im März) und ich verlange eine Kaution von 200 Euro, die ich zurückbekomme, wenn nach dem Auszug alles in Ordnung ist.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Friedrichshain, in der Nähe der Ubahn Weberweise und weniger als 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Ostbahnhof.
Wir haben einen Edeka direkt vor der Tür und viele andere Supermärkte in der Nähe, und der Volkspark Friedrichshain ist etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer, du würdest also mit 2 Jungs (Däne und Argentinier) und 1 Mädchen (Deutsche) zusammenwohnen. Sie sind super freundliche Mitbewohner! Es ist eine VEGAN-WG, aber selbst wenn man nur Vegetarier ist (wie ich), ist es nicht schwer, sich im Haus vegan zu ernähren, da alle super kochen und dir Produkttipps und Rezepte geben können 🙂 Wir haben einen gemeinsamen Balkon, ein riesiges Bad und eine Küche/Wohnzimmer und leben ein ziemlich entspanntes und sehr freundliches Leben zusammen.
Es ist ein RIESIGES Zimmer, und ich nutze es auch als mein kleines Studio, indem ich den Raumteiler benutze, und das Beste von allem ist, dass es viel Licht hat, sogar im Winter.
