Vermiete langfristig, also unbefristet, Minimum ein ganzes Jahr . Es ist eine schnuckelige Maisonette-Wohnung (2tes+ 3tes OG). Ich vermiete vorzugsweise an eine einzelne Person nicht an Paare.
Die Wohnung ist ganz zu übernehmen. Es ist also keine Wohngemeinschaft!!
Die Wohnung ist hell hat einen schönen tiefen Balkon Richtung Süden und liegt extrem ruhig im Sf.
Guter sanierter Standard. Helle Küche und Bad. Ende Boxhagener Str./ nähe zu S-Bahn Ostkreuz.
Alle bisherigen Untermieter haben sich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
Zu beachten: Die Fotos sind im möblierten Zustand. Die Wohnung ist bei Übergabe unmöbliert. Es ist aber ein Bett, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Kommode etc. vorhanden. Bei einer Übernahme müsstest du dich mit dem Vor-Mieter arrangieren. In den Nebenkosten ist Strom und Gas bereits enthalten. Leider ist eine offizielle Anmeldung mit einer Vermieterbescheinigung nicht möglich. Die aktuellen Fotos sind zuerst, ältere Fotos von vorigen Jahren weiter hinten.

Lovely bright & beautiful Maisonette Apartment for Rent. minimum 6 Month but i like to rent it for one year or longer..Its located in the vivid Boxhagener Str. in Friedrichshain. Very close to Ostkreuz S-Bahn and train station. also a Tramway in the road.
Its located silent! in the Side wing. Its a renovated Flat with good Bath and Kitchen Standard. With the furniture, fridge, washing machine u have to arrange with the former tenant.
Please get in touch via Email (no calls) and write also a little introduction about you. I prefer to rent the flat to a single person, not a couple. Its not possible do do a formal "Anmeldung" in the flat. In the rent the costs for electricity and gas for the stove in the kitchen are already included. Actual Pictures are the one you see first..
5 walking minutes to S-Bahn Ostkreuz, tramway station direct in front of the house. its located at the end of Boxhagener Straße almost corner to Neue Bahnhofsstraße. Vidid Area of town with everything very near. Supermarkets, organic Food store just across the street (Bio company). cafes, restaurants , bars clubs etc..
