Hello there!
We have one room available for 6 months. (possibility to extend for a bit longer if needed, or take over an other room)
The room is 26 square meters (or more) and comes furnished with a bed, sofa, and other essential amenities.
Two windows overlooking the street and a small park and there is also a balcony :)
It is the brightest room of the flat! We have been using it until now as our living room, but the rent increased too much.
Curently it still looks more like a living room, (but much much much better then the photo). We will remove some furniture to make it less crowded and cosier.
You can also decide which furniture you want to keep and which not (apart from one sofa that has to stay, we dont have were else to put it)
The apartment itself is spacious, covering around 230 square meters. It has two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a convenient backyard where you can store your bike.
Inside the room, you'll find some beautiful plants that require watering once a week. But we can also remove them if you don't want them (apart from a huge monstera that is too big to be moved)
The room is situated in the quiet side of Friedrichshain, offering a peaceful environment while being only a 10-minute walk away from vibrant cafes, bars, restaurants (such as Simon Dach str., Boxagenerplatz), and the East Side Mall.
Close to the apartment, there are two small parks, as well as basketball and volleyball courts. The flat is conveniently located near the RAW area, which offers various clubs, a closed skate park, a climbing park etc.
A supermarket is just 5 minutes away. The nearest train station is Warschauerstr S and U, while the second closest is Ostbahnof S and regional. Additionally, the M10 tram operates throughout the night and is easily accessible by foot.
The available room is located within a spacious, shared international flat. The flatmates come from various countries, including Germany, Spain, Italy. Everyone in the flat is friendly, easygoing, and respectful.
The common area where we often gather is the kitchen, where we enjoy socializing over a glass of wine, beer, or tea. On weekends, there are occasionally small get-togethers.
The flat is rather not crowded. Due to its size and additionally, each flatmate follows a different schedule, further contributing to a sense of space and privacy.
