Ich vermiete ein gemütliches Zimmer in diesem tollen Dachgeschoß Penthouse. Es handelt sich um ein mit schönen Möbeln ausgestattetes Loft mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, wie Badweanne, Spülmaschine, Arbeitstisch für Homeoffice, Beamer mit Leinwand etc.
Alle Zimmer haben große Fenster, das Highlight ist aber sicher die 35qm Dachterrasse mit Hollywoodschaukel, Liegestühlen, Grill etc. Das gemeinsam genutzte, sehr große Wohnzimmer (ca. 65qm) ist das Zentrum der Wohnung und erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen und verfügt über einen Essbereich und 2 süße Vögel. Dieser riesige Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer/Dachterrasse-Bereich ist das Zentrum der Wohnung und für alle gleichsam nutzbar. Die Wohnung ist im 5.OG, es gibt aber einen Fahrstuhl. ;) Dein Zimmer ist 18 qm groß und mit Bett, Tischen und Schränken ausgestattet. Keine Partywohnung.

I am subletting a comfy room in a very nice 125 sqm penthouse, equipped with great furniture and all amenities, such as bathtub, dishwasher, home cinema etc. Your room is 18 sqm and equipped with bed, tables, chair and two wardrobes.
The huge 65sqm living area extends over two levels and has a dining area, large windows, a desk and access to a beautiful and perfectly equipped 35 sqm roof terrace. The apartment is on the 5th floor, theres an elevator. ;) No party flat.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Boxhagener Strasse, nähe Warschauer Straße und Boxhagener Platz, sowie Frankfurter Tor. S- und U-Bahn, sowie Tram und diverse Busse fußläufig zu erreichen, das Herz von Friedrichshain mit Bars und Cafes direkt vor der Haustür.
Zu den 125qm Wohnfläche kommt noch ein 35qm Dachterrasse mit Hollywoodschaukel, Grill und Feuerstelle.
Trotzdem man mitten im Trubel wohnt, ist die Wohnung und die Dachterrasse absolut ruhig - eine Oase!
15 Minuten nach Kreuzberg/Neukölln, 7 Minuten nach Mitte.

The apartment is located in Boxhagener Strasse, near Warschauer Straße and Boxhagener Platz, as well as Frankfurter Tor. S and subway, as well as tram and various buses within walking distance, the heart of Friedrichshain with bars and cafes directly in front of the front door.
15 minutes to Kreuzberg / Neukölln, 7 minutes to the center. There is an elevator.
Ein gutes Auskommen ist mir wichtig. Gerne kann man sich gegenseitig seine Ruhe gönnen, aber ab und zu wäre es auch schön, auf der Dachterasse zu chillen oder eventuell auch (selten) mal ausgehen. Ich bin berufstätig, du solltest ebenfalls einer Arbeit oder Studium nachgehen und einigermaßen ordentlich sein (dies ist mir nach schlechten Erfahrungen wichtig).

A good relationship with my roommate is important to me. It would be nice if we can give each other some room, but now and then it would be nice to chill on the roof terrace or maybe (rarely) go out. I am working full time and you should also pursue a job or study. You should be relatively tidy (had some bad experiences).
Mietzeit wie angegeben, eventuell ist auch eine Verlängerung möglich. Aufgrund der Größe und Wohnungsaufteilung leider keine Pärchen möglich. Bitte nur berufstätige Personen oder Studenten, ich bin selbst ca die Hälfte der Woche im Homeoffice. Keine Party WG, aber trotzdem ist Spaß hier definitiv kein Fremdwort.
Rental period as described, it might be possible to extend longer. Please only apply if you are working or studying. No Party flat, but still open to some fun! Couples unfortunately not possible due to space/layout of the flat.
