Ich vermiete mein Traumzimmer unter, während ich im Urlaub bin vom 30. Januar 2025 bis zum 12. März (verhandelbar bis 16.3.).
Das Zimmer hat helle 26m2, einen Schreibtisch, ein Himmelbett und einen kleinen Balkon.
Wir haben eine große Wohnküche und ein großes Bad und es ist alles an Geräten vorhanden was das Herz begehrt.
Meine MitbewohnerInnen sind superlieb und du wirst dich sicher wohlfühlen.
Franzi und Natti arbeiten beide in sozialen Berufen und zu regulären Zeiten und deshalb suche ich eine entspannte und ruhige Person für das Zimmer.
Wir legen Wert auf Sauberkeit in unserer WG und mögen es gemütlich. Gelegentlich sitzen wir auch mal bei. einem Käffchen in der Küche zusammen.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 540€.
Eine Kaution von 400€ wäre zu bezahlen, die ihr ganz schnell nach meiner Rückkehr zurück bekommt.
Die Strassenbahn und U-Bahn fährt direkt vor der Tür, der S-Bahnhof Warschauer Str. ist auch keine acht Gehminuten entfernt, sowie zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Bitte nur Nichtraucher und keine Anfragen für Pärchen. Mädels bevorzugt ;-)

I am renting out my cozy, sunny room of 26m2 in a big flat with lovely flatmates.
It will be available from 30 of January until the 12 of march (date is flexible until 16.).
The rent is 540€ per months and a deposit of 400€ is paid in advance.
It is fully furnished (big bed, desk), the living room/kitchen is spacious, as well as the bathroom.
My flatmates have regular working times, so I am looking for someone nice, quiet and tidy and best with similar working times.
It's a very warm atmosphere here with my flatmates and I am sure you will feel at home.
Everything you need from supermarket, bars, restaurants and public transportation is directly there.
If you are non-smoker, just one person (no pairs), write me! Girls preferred :-)
