We are looking for a new FEMALE flatmate (older than 25 !) who want to stay LONG TERM ;-)

Please tell me something about yourself (What did you do in your life? What do you like to do in your freetime? What is important for you living together in a flat comunity, What is your profession, what are you working and so on).
Its a big room with 25,5qm. The room itself is furnished with a double bed and mattress, a wardrobe, an armchair, a chair and a wooden table. (on the pictures the room is empty, on one picture you can see the bed that is inside, the last 4 pictures are old and show you how it could look like, however, there is already new furniture in the room)
We are flatmates that like to share freetime, cook and eat together. And we are looking for someone who like a flatshare like this.
The flat is located in the center of friedrichshain and close to S-Bahn and U-Bahn Station.
The whole flat is fully furnished. You dont need to buy anything. The Kitchen with washing machine, dish washer oven and refrigeratorand. The Bathroom with bathtub....

Hallo,
wir suchen ab sofort eine neue Mitbewohnerin (älter als 25 !) für ein großes WG- Zimmer.
Wir suchen jemanden der das Zimmer für eine längere Zeit mietet. Also unbefristet.
Wenn du Interessiert bist stell dich gern vor, damit wir ein Bild von dir haben (wer du bist, was du bis jetzt gemacht hast, was du gelernt hast, arbeitest und gern magst, was macht du in deiner Freizeit, was ist dir wichtig im Zusammenleben usw.) sowie für wie lange du das Zimmer mieten möchtest. Und deine Telefonnummer bräuchte ich.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert, 25,5 qm groß, hat ein Doppelbett (140x 200) inkl.Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Holz- Tisch und Stuhl und einen Sessel.(auf den Bildern ist das Zimmer leer, auf einem Bild ist das Bett zu sehen welches im Zimmer steht, die letzten 4 Bilder sind schon etwas älter und zeigen wie es eingerichtet aussehen könnte, es sind jedoch bereits neue Möbel im Zimmer) .
Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und befindet sich mitten in Friedrichshain. Sie ist voll ausgestattet. Küche, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspühle, Waschmaschine usw. Zu Fuß zur Sbahn Warschauer Straße sind es nur 5 Minuten. Wir sind keine Zweck- WG und suchen jemanden für längerfristig.
