We have a large, spacious room for rent in our glass house. The house is located in a courtyard between townhouses in the middle of the city, yet you feel like you are in the middle of the garden! The glazing gives the feeling of living in a park, even though you are in the middle of the city! The apartment is full of light, spacious, new. The floor heating makes winters easily survivable, and the sliding doors that open the whole living room to the terrace make summer share all its goodness with you. Each room has access to a private terrace where you can build your own garden. The room has basic furnishings - a bed, a closet and a desk. If you wish, we can of course dispose of these items for you if you have your own. There is also a rooftop space available to spend quality time with friends in the summer, read a good book, or have a meal.
The room is located in a newly built building in the courtyard in the center of Friedrichshain. Small Edeka shop is right across the street, and it's only a 5 and 15 minute walk to a larger store like Big Edeka or Kaufland. There is also a tram stop right next to the house and the nearest U-bahn station - Frankfurter Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. In the neighbourhood there is also a big park and the Boxhagener Platz which is the center of socializing due to restaurants, bars and markets is very close by.
We are 3 people living there - 2 Polish girls - designer and an architect and one American boy working in start-up. We are very keen on a person who will keep things clean and tidy. We all in home office right now and it is important that this space is a pleasant place to work and live. Besides, we like to spend time with each other, invite friends over but we also value our privacy.
