I am subletting my room spontaneously for the month of February, maybe even for March. But for now, it's February only. If you want to view it personally, feel free to send your preferred appointments right away in your first message. In general, everything you need is already in the apartment. The rent includes all costs, also electricity, WiFi and GEZ.
The room itself is very spacious, as it's 32sqm big with high ceilings, amazing stuccco, wooden floor and a gazebo. You will have a modern interior, such as a home cinema (movie projector, sound system, two big couches), enough space for clothes and a home office setup with unlimited 250k WiFi. On some pictures, you don't find the curtains and the lamp on the ceilings. That's because some pictures got taken before the installation, some after
The common area that you will share with my flatmates (bathroom, kitchen, corridor) is spacious as well and have everything you need in terms of equipment.
For sure, you will get an official sublease contract. As it's just a tenancy for one month, I won't need that many documents from you as for a long term rent :)
The apartment is located in Friedrichshain, 3 walking min away from Boxi & 5 min from the U and S-Bahn train station "Warschauer Straße". You will have everything you need around you. The area itself is well known for its huge amount of coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Other districts such as Kreuzberg, Mitte or Prenzlauer Berg are also quite fast reachable. Even though it's a quite vibrant area, inside the apartment it's quite calm.
My flatmates George & Tamara are truly amazing. Both are working 40h a week and are pretty easy going. You won't have any problems getting along with them :) Most important for them will be a person that won't host huge parties inside the apartment and has no issue with cleaning your own dirt, even if you just stay for one month :)
For sure, we can do a rental contract :) Languages spoken are German, English & Arabic.
