Person wanted ideally long-term from June 1st (sooner also possible) to move into our large (178m2) maisonette apartment in Frohnau – Berlin’s beautiful ‘garden city’.

The house is gorgeous with an amazing garden and 10 mins walk from Frohnau S-Bahn station. From there you are into the north of the city at Gesundbrunnen in 25 mins.

The apartment is alt bau and classic style – high ceilings and wooden floors. It’s really nice.

Your space would be the whole top floor of the apartment, which consists of an unfurnished room (14m2) and gallery (8m2). So 22m2in total.

You would additionally share the living room, fireplace room, 2 balconies as well obviously as kitchen and one of the 2 bathrooms.

The local area is quiet, clean, peaceful, super beautiful, and located where Berlin becomes forest.

The rent is €700 p/month warm.

This includes bills and internet. The electricity bill is currently very hight because the world is crazy / burning, and we hope it will get lower again.

Your cold rent is calculated according to the square-metres of the apartment you'd have access to (your private spaces plus additional communal spaces).

You’d be living with two parents and their 5-year-old son.

And Jesslyn – a German woman who is a nature-based therapist and soul guide with a big heart and who values conscious living, good food, nature, sharing meals together, and community.
