Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und geht nach Westen raus, daher ist es bei gutem Wetter hell und nachmittags sonnig. Es wird teilmöbliert untervermietet, Möbel wie Kommode, ein kleiner Schreibtisch und eine Matratze sind vorhanden. Für mehr Komfort können aber auch neue Möbel mitgebracht werden.
The room is very spacious and faces towards the West, with good weather it is very bright and sunny in the afternoon. I will sublet it partially furnished, with all necessary items such as a chest of drawers, a small desk and a mattress are available. New furniture can also be brought in for more comfort.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der U-Bahn Station Pankstraße (U8) und dem S- und Fernbahnhof Gesundbrunnen. Dadurch kommt man sehr schnell in alle Richtungen, auch Regionalzüge gehen von hier direkt z.B. zum Flughafen oder dem Hauptbahnhof.
Located close to U Pankstraße station (U8) and the S+U Gesundbrunnen makes it really easy to get literally anywhere from this area. Regional trains are going directly to the airport and the central train station.
Wir haben uns als Mädels-WG gut eingelebt und quatschen gerne mal in der Küche oder gehen zusammen ins Gym um die Ecke. Mit dem kleinen fluffigen Hund der einen Mitbewohnerin haben wir tatsächlich auch einen männlichen Mitbewohner :)
We got used to live in a women flatshare and like chatting in the kitchen or going together to the gym around the corner. One of my flatmates has a small fluffy dog, he's the only male household member :)
