Das Zimmer ist ab 15.01 verfügbar.

Das Zimmer ist 20qm2 groß (vllt sogar bisschen mehr).
Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist das Zimmer voll möbliert sowie die Küche- daher kann man gleich einziehen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG und bekommt daher viel Licht ab.
Das Zimmer kostet 700€ Warm- Wlan und Möbel inklusive.
Es wird ein befristeter Untermietervertrag abgeschlossen bis September 2025- der jedoch eventuell verlängbar bis Mai 2026 sein wird.

In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden wie Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Sofa, Teller, Besteck… und so weiter. Es muss also eig nichts angeschafft werden.

Schreibt mir also gerne und dann können wir Facetimen.

Ich bräuchte von Dir auch Schufa (solicitar ahora) , Bürgschaft… aber das sag ich Euch dann nochmal alles.

The room is available from January 15th.

The room is spacious, about 20 square meters (maybe even a bit more).
As you can see in the pictures, the room is fully furnished, as is the kitchen, so you can move in right away.
The apartment is on the 4th floor, so it gets plenty of light.
The rent is €700 warm, including Wi-Fi and furniture.

A temporary sublease agreement will be made until September 2025, with a possible extension until May 2026.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything like a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, sofa, plates, cutlery, etc., so there’s really nothing you need to buy.
