Parkplätze in der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es auch.

Here, you are getting a truly lovely room for rent!
It is approx. 25 sqm big (= really big!), bright, spacious, with invinting interior.
See photos, too.
The room rent is 660.00 € per month.
The deposit is one month's rent, i.e. 100.00 € of which 75.00 € are a deposit for the flat key.
The flat is on the 1st floor.
We will share the hallway, kitchen and bathroom.
The station for S-Bahn (city train) is only 1 minute by foot, tram and bus stops are 5 min walk away.
I am at work all day and in general, I am a quiet type of person.
Same applies to my house mates.
We are a friendly lot.
No pets, please (unfortunately, I am allergic), nor any pork meat, drugs or smoking in the flat.

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Lichtenberg = im Osten Berlins.
Die S-Bahn ist 1 Minute entfernt (S3), bis zum Ostkreuz sind es nur 7 Minuten, bis zum Alexanderplatz sind es 16 Minuten.
Die Tram ist ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, und Parkplätze in der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es auch.
In der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte, Apotheken, Ärzte, Therapeuten, Friseure, Buchladen, Post, Juweliere, Optiker, ... alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.
Die katholische Hochschule ist 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, die HTW nur 3 Tramstationen oder 10 Minuten mit dem Rad, der Tierpark (inkl. U-Bhf U5) ist eine Station weiter.
Bis zur FU brauchst du ca. 1 Std.

The flat is located in Berlin-Lichtenberg = in the Eastern part of town.
The city train is only one minute away from hom on foot (line S3), the ride to Ostkreuz station takes 7 minutes, to Alexanderplatz it is only 16 minutes. We also have the tramway close to here, as well as good parking possibilities on the street.
Close by you will find spuermarkets, pharmacies, doctors of all kinds, hair dresser's, a book shop, a small post office, ... all within walking distance.
The Catholic Univerisity (katholische Hochschule) is within walking distance, too, the university HTW only 3 tram stops away, and also the subway line U5.
From here to Freie Universität it will take you about 1 hour. I studied there myself --> it is manageable, and the conncetion is actually so good that you can do about 40 minutes of studying on the way.
Ich bin berufstätig, mal im Home Office, mal in der Stadt, mal im Ausland.
Ich bin ein ruhiger Typ Mensch, die Hausgemeinschaft auch.
Haustiere sind unerwünscht (ich bin gegen fast alles allergisch), ebenso Schweinefleisch, Drogen, Rauchen in der Wohnung.
Das Zimmer ist vom 15.02.-15.04.2025 frei.
Was ist mir sonst noch wichtig?
Ich kaufe gern Bio ein, ich weiß um den Wert unseres Leitungswassers, ich koche gern – und wenn du ähnlich tickst, ist das ein Bonus und dennoch kein Muss.
Ordnung und Sauberkeit finde ich ziemlich gut – z.B. wird nach dem Kochen gleich aufgeräumt und abgewaschen.
Andere Details besprechen wir, wenn wir uns kennenlernen.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.

I work – from home, from within town, form abroad.
I am a quiet type of person and lead a quiet life style.
The house community is also quiet and we are all friendly with one another.
As I am allergic to almost all kinds of animal hair, pet are not allowed.
Drugs stay out, too, and as for smoking or eating pork, feel free to do this outside of the home.
The room is available from 15.02.-15.04.2025.
What else?
I shop organic foodstuff, I know how valuable our tap water is, I like cooking.
It is an added bonus if you are of a similar knit, but not of utmost importance.
I like things neat and tidy – we clean up the kitchen after cooking and leave the kitchen as it was before cooking.
Other rules of living together, we will discuss when we meet.
There is a washing machine which we will share.
We will sign a subletting contract, my landlord is informed about the subletting and agrees to it.

Wir schließen einen Untermietvertrag ab, mit Zustimmung meines Vermieters und Eigentümers.
