Your future room is fully furnished and 11 m^2 big, including a desk with chair, drawers and bed which can be converted into a couch. If necessary we can also provide blankes and pillows as well as sheets.The big window lets plenty of light inside. The room is direly connected to a large living area with balcony which is particularly during the warmer time a huge plus of the flat. You will of cause have full access to the kitchen wich is fully equipped and comes with a dishwasher ;)!
The Bathroom has a big bathtub as well as two sinks and plenty of space for you to store you bathroom utilities.
There is also a basement in case you want to store some of your items.
Only 2 min away by foot is the S3 located which brings you in 15 min to Ostkreuz and directly to the center of Berlin. Since The flat is not directly facing the train rails, the location is still quiet. Additionally, there a plenty of Bus and Tram connections which lead directly to the science campus Adlershof. The Forum Köpenick is only 5 min away by foot, offering everything you could need for living. Köpenick is perfect for people who like to have the comforts of a big city on one hand but also enjoy recreational activities in nature since the Müggelsee including multiple forests are easy accessible.
I (Emily, 30) am a PhD student working full time in Adlershof while my Partner (Arturo, 33) is finishing his PhD thesis. We both like to cook a lot and chat while having a glas of wine after a long day in the lab but also value private time and tranquility.
We mainly speak English in our WG but are also able to speak German or Spanish if easier :)
Registration is possible and we can help with any visa related problems since we have plenty of experience xD
Even though we said the room is only available until august, it is possible to extend for up to a month if required.
