Looking for a comfortable and stylish shared apartment in a prime location? Look no further! I am currently renting out a beautiful room in a renovated Altbau apartment that boasts plenty of character and charm.
The room itself is 15qm and features plenty of natural light, making it bright and airy. The room also comes furnished with a comfortable mattress measuring 140x200 and a spacious wardrobe to store all of your belongings. For those who require a workspace, I can also arrange for a table to be added to the room.
In addition to the beautiful room, the shared living space is equally impressive. The living room is home to two designer couches, perfect for relaxing after a long day, and is filled with lush green plants that give the space a jungle-like feel.
Please note that registration at the apartment (Anmeldung) is not possible at the moment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and comes complete with a table that seats up to 4 people.
