Wir ziehen um, weshalb zwischen dem 29.03.2025 bis Ende April, ein Zimmer in unserer bisherigen Wohnung frei ist (keine Anmeldung möglich und Achtung: eine Übernahme der Wohnung ist leider nicht möglich). Unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im 3.OG und ist dadurch sehr hell. Das verfügbare Zimmer zeigt gen Westen.
Die Küche bleibt vor Ort, inklusive Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle, und es ist ein Bett, ein Tisch und Stuhl im Zimmer.
Komm gern vorbei und mache dir selbst einen Eindruck, und wir klären Details und alle Fragen :) Wir sind flexibel mit Ein- und Auszugsdatum.
Achtung: Keine Waschmaschine. Ein Waschsaoln befindet sich in etwa 15min Gehentfernung.

We are moving to a new place and have an overlap with our previous flat. We are offering one of the rooms for a sublet between 29th March and 26th April (no Anmeldung / registration possible, and a take-over of the flat unfortunately is not possible either).
Our 2-room apartmnet is situated on the 3rd floor and nicely bright. The available room faces west.
The kitchen stays, including most appliances (dishwasher, microwave), and there is a bed, a table and chair in the room.
If you're interested, just come visit, and we can discuss details and further questions :) We're flexible regarding move-in and moving out.
Note: There is NO washing machine in the flat. A washing saloon is about 15min walk from the place, though.
DE: Die nächste U-Bahn Station is 5min entfernt (U Prinzenstraße). Auf der einen Seite unseres Gebäude befindet sich eine Schule, auf der anderen ein großer Hof - keine laute Straße. Da die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt sind alle Ecken Berlins ziemlich gut zu erreichen. Man kann am Landwehrkanal schön spazieren, ist mit dem Rad im Nu am Tempelhofer Feld oder Schlesischen Tor oder an der Museumsinsel, uswusf.
ENG: The nearest U-Bahn station is 5 min on foot (U Prinzenstraße). On one side of our building there is a school, on the other a courtyard - no noisy street. Since the apartment is centrally located, everything is within reach and easily accessible. You can walk along the canal, be at Tempelhofer Feld, Schlesisches Tor or museum island by bike within 10-15 min, ect.
