Das Zimmer ist groß und hell, hat einen schönen Dielenboden und zwei große fenster. Da es im Hinterhaus liegt ist es auch sehr ruhig und ein guter Ort zum arbeiten. Es gibt ein Doppelbett, ein Schreibtisch und genug platz für deine Kleider.
Es gibt ausserdem ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine seperate Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne.

The room is large and bright, has a beautiful plank floor and two large windows. As it is in the rear building, it is also very quiet and a good place to work. There is a double bed, a desk and enough space for your clothes.
There is also a large living room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße am populären Paul Lincke Ufer. Es gibt viele Bars und Restaurants in der Gegend und auch entlang des Kanals wird man sich nicht langweilen. Es ist eins der beliebtesten Viertel in Berlin und besticht insbesondere im Sommer mit seiner lebensfrohen Atmosphäre. Du bist nah am Kottbusser Tor, sowie der Schönleinstraße und dem Görlitzer Bahnhof.

The apartment is located in a quiet street on the popular Paul Lincke waterfront. There are many bars and restaurants in the area and you won't get bored along the canal either. It is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Berlin and especially in summer it impresses with its lively atmosphere. You are close to Kottbusser Tor, Schönleinstraße and Görlitzer Bahnhof.

Du wirst mit meiner Mitbewohnerin zusammen wohnen; sie ende anfang dreissig und Regisseurin. Sie ist sehr freundlich und offen und würde die wohnung auch gerne mit einer netten Person teilen, die ebenso offen und nett ist. Extra Plus wäre jemand der die in Kunst und Kultur arbeitet.
Es ist uns wichtig, dass die Wohnung immer in einem guten Zustand ist und daher suchen wir jemanden der rücksichtsvoll und ordentlich ist und sich in den Haushalt einbringt.
