The 22 sqm room is ultra bright thanks to a window in the ceiling and a whole glass front on the other side of the room. You can lay in bed and let the sun shine on to your face in the afternoon (if there is any in grey Berlin winter). The room is fully furnished with a 1,60m bed, a desk, closet and big mirror. The room is only available for the time mentioned, dates are more or less flexible. Please only write if you read this and it works for you :)
You’re close to U1/3 Schlesisches Tor and several bus lines. Or of course you choose the bike and cycle within 3 mins to the Landwehrkanal or Markthalle Neun. Görlitzer and Treptower Park are in walking distance too. You have Lidl, Rewe, Eurogida and Bio Company closeby. There are tons of cafes, restaurants and bars in the area so hard to choose one sometimes ;)
1 MONTH SUBLET ONLY! We are a flatshare of two, however I am going to Malaysia for a month so I am subletting my room for the time being. You will be staying with my flatmate, Rebecca. She is 31 yrs old, and works as a doctor in an emergency room. Means she often works shifts and has quite an irregular schedule. She would love someone to hang out with occasionally in the kitchen/living room space but also values someone that respects each others time schedules and private spaces. Pretty much the normal balance :) I would generally describe both of us as quite clean since we both grew out the chaotic student flatshare times of our lives - would be important that you're also in a life phase where a clean bathroom in the morning might bring you more joy than late night WG parties every other night (LOL we are not that old yet but I hope you know what I mean)
