I'm looking for one room mate in my flat near Kotti.
I am a chill person but because I had some bad experiences I need to make the hard facts clear😀:
It's a two room flat and I'm renting out the bigger one (20m²).
I'm renting it out to one person only, which means visitors over night only on Saturdays.
Obviously would be nice to get along well but I'm looking for a partnership of convenience.
Please note you're required to sign a contract and pay a deposit of 600€.

ich suche eine Mitbewohner*in für das größere Zimmer in meiner zwei Zimmer Wohnung in Kreuzberch.
Ich stell mir das ganze als Zweck-WG vor, wäre aber natürlich gut, wenn man sich trotzdem versteht :)
Ich bin 34 Jahre alt, arbeite im Einzelhandel (bin also in der Regel bis 21 Uhr aus dem Haus), weltoffen liebe es zu verreisen (Karibik) oder auf (Reggae-)Festivals zu gehen. Bis 21 Uhr habt ihr also Ruhe vor mir, ab 23 Uhr hätte ich gerne Ruhe, d.h. Gäste über Nacht nur am Samstag und mit Absprache bitte 🫶
Wenn du respektvoll mit dem Eigentum anderer umgehen kannst, Bock auf eine möglichst unkomplizierte situationship hast, kein Rassist, homophob oder misogyn bist, schreib mir gerne etwas über dich und verlinke gerne auch dein social media, damit ich ein bissl stalken kann ;)
Das Zimmer wird an eine Person untervermietet, Anmeldung ist nicht möglich. Ihr müsst einen Untermietvertrag unterschreiben und eine Kaution von 600€ hinterlegen.
