Wer hat Lust auf Sommer in Berlin? Wir bieten unsere schönen Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an und suchen ein bis zwei Personen, die Lust auf Gemeinschaft haben, aber auch ihren eigenen Rückzugsort schätzen!
Auf 50 qm erwarten dich zwei Räume in einer eigenen Etage: ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer sowie ein großzügiges Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer, das auch als Durchgangszimmer dient. Das Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer ist durch eine offene Treppe mit dem Wohnzimmer eine Etage höher verbunden. Beide Räume sind voll ausgestattet mit Sofa, Sessel, (Steh-)Schreibtischen, Monitoren und allem, was du fürs Home Office brauchst. Und falls du sportlich oder kreativ bist: Hometrainer, Nähmaschine, Beamer und diverse Sport- und Bastelutensilien sind ebenfalls da.
Unsere Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine offene Küche, sowie einen Garten und eine Dachterasse. Alles ist neu und in top Zustand! Es gibt zwei Bäder, das große hat eine Badewanne.
We are offering our beautiful rooms and are looking for one or two people who enjoy a sense of community but also value their own retreat!
On 50 square meters, two rooms await you on a separate floor: a cosy bedroom and a spacious living room and study. The living room and study are connected to the living room one floor above by an open staircase. Both rooms are fully furnished with a sofa, armchair, (standing) desks, monitors and everything you need for your home office. And if you're sporty or creative, there's also an exercise bike, sewing machines, projector and various sports and arts and crafts equipment.
Our apartment has a large living room and an open kitchen, a garden and a rooftop terrace! Everything is new and in top condition! There are two bathrooms, the large one has a bathtub.
Unsere WG ist in einem mehrstöckigen Reihenhaus, das in einem Hinterhof liegt, wodurch es immer super ruhig ist. Trotzdem liegen wir super schön in Kreuzberg, eine Minute vom Görli und ein paar Minuten vom Maybachufer entfernt.
Unser Haus bietet mit einem kleinen Garten und einer großen Dachterrasse viel Raum für Entspannung und schöne Momente.
Der Bus ist in 4 Minuten zu erreichen, zur nächsten U-Bahn braucht man 10 Minuten zu Fuß. In Laufdistanz sind viele Supermärkte (ganz dicht ein Minispar, sonst ein Edeka, Aldi und Lidl in 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Außerdem gibt es in der Gegend viele nette Cafes, Bars etc.
Our shared flat is in a multi-storey terraced house in a backyard, so it's always super quiet. Nevertheless, we are in a super nice location in Kreuzberg, one minute from Görli and a few minutes from Maybachufer.
With a small garden and a large roof terrace, our house offers plenty of space for relaxation and enjoyable moments.
The bus can be reached in 4 minutes and the nearest subway station is a 10-minute walk away. There are many supermarkets within walking distance (a Minispar very close by, otherwise an Edeka, Aldi and Lidl within a 10-minute walk). There are also many nice cafes, bars etc. in the area.
In unserer Wohnung wohnst du mit drei lieben Mitbewohnis zusammen (zwei cis Frauen, ein cis Mann), die sich schon freuen dich kennenzulernen.
Unsere WG ist queer-friendly und wir freuen uns über eine offene, herzliche Person!
Besonders toll: Wir wohnen mit je fünf Freund*innen in zwei Wohnungen direkt nebeneinander. Die meisten unserer Nachbis/Mitbewohnis machen größtenteils Homeoffice. So ist immer jemand da, mit dem man Zeit verbringen kann – egal ob gemeinsames Kochen, Spieleabende, Filme schauen oder einfach mal ein Plausch im Garten. Unsere Nachbis haben außerdem einen super süßen kleinen Hund (Kiwi).

Our shared flat is queer-friendly and we are happy to have an open, friendly person!
What's particularly great is that we live with five friends each in two apartments right next to each other. Most of our neighbors/roommates work from home. So there's always someone to spend time with - whether it's cooking together, game nights, watching movies or just chatting in the garden. Our neighbors also have a super cute little dog (Kiwi).
