ich vermiete ein Zimmer meiner schönen und gemütlichen 3- Zimmer Wohnung. Das Zimmer ist bereits komplett möbliert. Das Foto ist also nicht 100 % akutell, mittlerweile stehen Schrank, neues Bett, Stuhl, Tisch usw. drin. Du brauchst also keine Möbel, auch Bettwäsche und eine Decke habe ich.
Ich lebe hier meistens alleine, ab und zu kommt meine on/off Freundin vorbei. Aber es sieht mehr nach off aus. Deshalb suche ich auch jemanden, mit dem ich Zeit verbringen kann, und wenn sich „mehr“ entwickelt als nur zusammen zu leben, ist das umso besser ;).
Eine gute Atmosphäre und gemeinsame Interessen sind mir wichtig.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, man hat alles direkt vor der Wohnung, U-Bahn und diverse Busanbindungen. Auch alle möglichen Supermärkte und Bio Läden sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Eine Anmeldung ist möglich, wenn wir uns auf einen längeren Aufenthalt verständigen. Es sind sowhol Kurz- als auch langfristige aufenthalte möglich.
