Big sunny quiet 2-room flat in Kreuzberg

I’m renting out my beautiful and quiet flat for two months :)

It’s a two-room apartment with a separate kitchen and bathroom. There are two rooms, and both have a queen-size bed and a sofa. Therefore, it’s suitable for couples as well as friends who are looking to share a flat. The flat has everything you need to feel comfortable, live, cook, and work.

I’m quiet, clean, and tidy, and I’m looking for someone with a similar vibe who will take good care of the flat.

The flat is in a backyard building and is very quiet. Parties or after-parties are not allowed. It’s also not suitable for pets.

The flat is ideally located on a quiet side street off Wiener Straße, right by Görlitzer Park. The area is beautiful, with lots of cute boutique restaurants, bakeries, and bars. Everything you need is within walking distance.

Since the apartment is furnished and fully equipped, I’m asking for a €600 deposit, which I will return immediately after your stay.
