Die Wohnung wurde im letzten Jahr komplett neu möbliert, die Ausstattung ist entsprechend in tadellosem Zustand. Alle Zimmer sind mit Kleiderschränken, Arbeitsplatz und Doppelbett ausgestattet. We are now looking for a new tenant for a room in a 4-bed flat in a beautiful old building in Berlin Kreuzberg not far from the Admiralsbrücke. The apartment has been completely refurnished last year, the equipment is accordingly in perfect condition. All rooms are equipped with wardrobes, workstation and double bed. Die WG-Wohnung befindet sich in Kreuzberg direkt am Landwehrkanal und unweit der berühmten Admiralsbrücke. Fußläufig sind alle wichtigen Verkehrsmittel schnell erreicht (z.B. die Bushaltestelle Geibelstraße oder der U-Bhf. Prinzenstr.). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spätis, Restaurants und Bars sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad schnell erreicht. Dazu bietet die Umgebung Möglichkeiten zu sportlichen Aktivitäten (Günter-König-Sportplatz und nahegelegene Fitnessstudios). Der Volkspark Hasenheide, der Böcklerpark und das Tempelhofer Feld, sowie das am Landwehrkanal gelegene Sommerbad Kreuzberg sorgen für einen hohen Naherholungswert in direkter urbaner Nachbarschaft.

The flat share is located in Kreuzberg directly at the Landwehrkanal and not far from the famous Admiralsbrücke. All important means of transport are within walking distance (e.g. the bus stop Geibelstraße or the underground station Prinzenstr.) Shopping facilities, late-night bars, restaurants and bars can be reached quickly on foot or by bicycle. In addition, the surroundings offer possibilities for sports activities (Günter-König-Sportplatz and nearby fitness studios). The Volkspark Hasenheide, the Böcklerpark and the Tempelhofer Feld, as well as Sommerbad Kreuzberg provide a high recreational value in the direct urban neighbourhood.
Neben den vier WG-Zimmern, die von einem langen Flur abgehen verfügt die Wohnung über zwei Bäder und eine Küche. Küche und Bäder werden also gemeinschaftlich benutzt. Grundsätzlich ist uns natürlich an einem offenen und freundlichen Umgang miteinander gelegen. DSL Internet ist für alle Bewohner vorhanden!

In addition to the four shared rooms, which start from a long corridor, the apartment has two bathrooms and a kitchen. The kitchen and bathrooms are therefore shared. We are of course interested in an open and friendly contact with each other. DSL internet is available for all residents!
