Zur der Wohnung:
- Das Badezimmer ist quadratisch, praktisch, klein, ohne Fenster, mit Dusche.
- Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Gasherd, E-Ofen, sowie viel Geräte zum Zubereiten von Speisen.
- In Wohnzimmer steht eine Wohnlandschaft die durch einen Fernseher ergänzt wird. Ein großer Esstisch bietet platz zum Essen und Arbeiten.
Der Reichenbergkiez ist einer der beliebtesten Kieze in ganz Berlin. Die Wohnung liegt unweit des Paul-Linke-Ufers mitten drin.
Der Kiez hat viel zu bieten. Spätis, Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, Imbisse, Penny, Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Istanbul Supermarkt, Getränke Hoffmann und der Wochenmarkt am Maybach Ufer befinden sich nur fünf Minuten entfernt.
Fußläufig kommt man in 1 min zum Landwehrkanal und in 10 min ist man an der Spree.
In maximal 10 Minuten ist man am Kottbusser Tor oder in 6 min an dem Görlitzer Bahnhof mit Anbindungen zur U1, U3 und U8.
Dein Mitbewohner ist David. 34 Jahre gelernter Mechatroniker und studierter Informatiker. Lebte in Lübeck, Hamburg, Buenos Aires, Potsdam und nun Berlin.
Reist gerne, ist sportlich aktiv, kocht gerne, liebt Festivals und Fahrrad fahren.
Wichtig ist eine gewisse ruhe in der Wohnung. Gelegentlicher Besuch ist ok, aber es sollte sich in Grenzen halten. Partys sind ein Tabu.
Auf Grund der hohen Nachfrage kann es dazu kommen, dass eine Antwort auch ein paar Tage dauern könnte, ich bitte um dein Verständnis! Ich versuche alle Anfragen zu beantworten.
