Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer, vor zwei Jahren neurenovierten, 2 Raum Wohnung. Es hat ein großes Fenster mit viel Tageslicht und Rollläden, um es zum Schlafen zu verdunkeln. Aufgrund der neuen Isolation und dem Parkettfußboden, ist es auch im Winter warm, ansonsten wärmt der Heizkörper das Zimmer aber auch sehr schnell auf.
The room is located in a, two years ago newly renovated, 2 room apartment. It has a large window with lots of daylight and shutters to darken it for sleeping. Due to the new insulation and the parquet floor, it is warm even in winter, but otherwise the radiator warms up the room very quickly.
Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral im Bezirk Kreuzberg. Zum nächsten U-Bahnhof (Moritzplatz U8) läuft man nur 5min und der M29 hält direkt vor der Tür. So ist man in 15min sowohl am Alexanderplatz oder auch am Potsdamer Platz. Oder man fährt 10min mit dem Bus und ist direkt im Ausgehviertel nahe des Kottbusser Tores, mit etlichen Bars und Restaurants.
The apartment is very centrally located in the Kreuzberg district. To the nearest subway station (Moritzplatz U8) you walk only 5min and the M29 stops directly in front of the door. So you are in 15min both at Alexanderplatz or Potsdamer Platz. Or you can take the bus for 10min and you are directly in the nightlife district near the Kottbusser Tor, with several bars and restaurants.
Da es nur eine 2 Personen WG ist, wird und sollte alles grundsätzlich entspannt ablaufen. Alle Wünsche, Probleme und Sorgen sollten immer angesprochen werden können. Kommunikation ist der Schlüssel! Gemeinsame Bereiche sollten natürlich rücksichtsvoll genutzt werden. Ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit und Ordnung sollte es dabei geben, aber ohne es zu übertreiben.
Since it is only a 2 person WG, everything will and should be basically relaxed. All wishes, problems and concerns should always be addressed. Communication is the key! Common areas should of course be used considerately. A certain degree of cleanliness and order should be there, but without overdoing it.
Es ist eine Nichtraucher Wohnung, ohne Haustiere.
Das Zimmer wird ohne Bett vermietet!!
Es ist aber möglich das Bett von Vormieter und einige andere Dinge für 200€ zu übernehmen.
Der Schrank bleibt im Zimmer.
Küche ist soweit ausgestattet mit Besteck, Töpfen, Pfannen, Gläsern und Stauraum für Lebensmittel. Alles kann mitgenutzt werden.

The room is rented without bed!!
But it is possible to take over the bed from previous tenant and some other things for 200€.
The wardrobe remains in the room.
Kitchen is equipped with cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and storage space for food. Everything can be shared.
