The room is approx 17m2, can fit a huge bed, closet and table. It has 1 big window which faces the lively streets of Xberg, but once closed, it coveres the noice just fine. Since the flat has a beautiful and huge living room, there is plenty of space to hang out:)
The U- station Görlitzer Bahnhof is 3 walking minutes away, we have plenty of restaurants and bars around, the park is super close and the canal as well. So there are many many options to go out if you feel like it, but there are also a lot of places if you feel like doing sport or just want to chill in the sun.
We, Viktoria (33) and Sara (29), are looking for a new roomie since we sadly need to say bye to our amazing flatmate Jarn. We live in the flat since 2020 and really love the place. We are quite active and travel a lot, but also like to hang out in the flat or to go out together, so we would be happy to find someone who feels the same:)
We are both working full time, mostly office and don´t go too wild during the week. Friends and guests are always welcome here and since the flat is quite big and its location awesome, it is being used for gatherings every now and then (especially in winter:D).
While we like the action, we also have time for our chill moments, so don´t worry!
We are looking for someone 27+, who has a job life, is respectful and just chill to live with. So please don´t apply if any of these criteria are not met!

Once we screened the mails and we find some good fits, we will get in touch and set up a meeting. We currently plan to invite people between 2nd to 16th of December - so keep you posted!
Currently we are looking for someone for 3 months but there is a possibility to extend. Depends on the Hausverwaltung if they are willing to adjust the main contract to new main tenants. Anmeldung possible.
If you need furniture let us know - we can check with our current flatmate if he can leave stuff.
