Das Zimmer ist ca 12qm groß und unmöbliert. Es gibt einen Balkon zum Wäsche aufhängen, essen oder chillen. Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung im Studentenwohnheim für zwei Personen mit einem Bad und einer Küche + Essbereich. Die Küche fällt klein aus (es gibt keine Spülmaschine). Da man keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung aufstellen darf wird Wäsche im Waschraum des Wohnheims gewaschen (eine Wäsche kostet 2€, ist also zur Miete dazuzurechnen). Außerdem gibt es einen Fahrradkeller, einen Fitnessraum, einen Tischtennisraum, einen Basketball- und Bolzplatz und eine von den Bewohnern des Wohnheims organisierte Bar. Bei Bedarf kann man auch Parkplätze mieten. Nebenkosten gibt es hier nicht, Internet ist auch inbegriffen und recht gut - ich hatte bisher nie ein Problem. Leider kommt man nur über zwei steile Treppen ins Gebäude (nicht wirklich barrierefrei), deshalb ist das Zimmer für Menschen, die auf einen Rollstuhl angewiesen sind wahrscheinlich leider keine Option.

The room is about 12 square metres in size, unfurnished. It has a balcony for hanging up laundry, eating or to just sit and have a chat. It's a flat in a dormitory with a bathroom and a kitchen with a dining area for two people. The kitchen is quite small (there is no dishwasher). As you are not allowed to have a washing machine in the flat, laundry is done in the dormitory's laundry room (€2 each time, so this is added to the rent). There is also a storage room for bicycles, a fitness room, a table tennis room, a basketball court, a football pitch and a bar. You can also rent a car park if required. There are no utilities or extra charges here, internet is also included and quite good - I've never had a problem so far. Unfortunately, you can only get into the building via two steep stairs (not really barrier-free), so the room is probably not an option for people who are dependent on a wheelchair.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohnheim in Lichtenberg, direkt an der Tram/Bus Station Möllendorfer Str./Storkower Str. Man ist unmittelbar an Bus/Tram (weil direkt vor der Tür) und entweder in 3min mit dem Bus/in 5min mit der Tram oder ca. 11min zu Fuß am Ring. Durch die Tram und den nahen Ring ist man recht gut angebunden (ca 25min zum Alex, 30min zum Tempelhofer Feld, 35min zum Hauptbahnhof, 30min zum Gesundbrunnen; nur als Beispiele). Direkt vor der Tür gibt es Rewe, Lidl, ALDI, eine Apotheke.

The flat is located in a dormitory in Lichtenberg, right at the tram/bus stop Möllendorfer Str./Storkower Str. You can reach the Ringbahn either in 3min by bus/in 5min by tram or approx. 11min if you walk. Due to the tram and the nearby Ring you are quite well connected (approx. 25min to Alex, 30min to Tempelhofer Feld, 35min to Hauptbahnhof, 30min to Gesundbrunnen; to name a few examples). There is also Rewe, Lidl, ALDI and a pharmacy nearby.

Ich bin 25 Jahre alt und studiere Soziale Arbeit an der ASH Berlin. Ich lebe mich viel kreativ aus, möchte z.B. eigene Kleidung entwerfen, male/spraye auf Leinwänden und schreibe seit Jahren eigene Texte und Musik. Falls du ein Instrument spielst oder andere kreative Hobbys hast, schreib gerne ein bisschen was dazu in deiner Anfrage :) Zudem gehe ich gerne unter Leute, koche, tanze und führe (mal mehr, mal weniger) bedeutsame Gespräche.
Falls du dir vorstellen kannst, dass wir uns gut verstehen, melde dich gerne bei mir. Schreib dann einfach ein wenig zu dir. Wer du bist, was du in deiner Freizeit so machst und was du dir aus der Zeit in dieser WG versprichst. Und falls du Fragen hast, immer her damit ^^

I'm 25 years old and I currently study social works at the ASH, here in Berlin. I love to create, which mostly means that I like to put whatever I feel into words, music, paintings or even clothing. I have been writing and recording music since I was 16 years old, often (spray-) paint onto canvas and, since I got a sewing machine for christmas last year, I also dabble in designing and sewing some clothes. If you play an instrument or have any other creative hobbies, I'd love to hear about that in your request :) Apart from that I love to socialize, cook, dance and make (more or less) meaningful conversation.
