Vom S-Tiergarten nur 2 Stationen bis Hauptbahnhof, bzw. 3 Stationen Zur Friedrichstr. und nur eine Station zum Zoologischen Garten, oder zu Fuss durch den Tiergarten ins Zentrum West. Bitte nur ruhige Mieter. Stromabrechnung nach individuellem Verbrauch: 45cent/kw . Einrichtung mit marroc/indischen Elementen sowie einigen Vollholzmöbeln. Küche und Bad vollständig ausgestattet. Auf dem Balkon stehend (Südwestseite- Sonnenuntergang) kann man den Schwänen und Schiffen zuschauen, welche über die Spree zuckeln. Die aufgehende Sonne durchflutet die Wohnung am morgen. ALLE lieben diesen tollen Platz.

The place is calm, green and very sunny. You are sitting in the first line on the balcony with the view to the big Berlin river. You´ll find everything, which is needed in the flat. All central places are super near: main station (HB), Zoologischer garten, Friedrichstr., Alexanderplatz etc. between 1 to 5 metro stations from home, or You walk along the river and throught the Tiergarten (our Central Park) to the Westen City 15 minutes.
Also different restaurants many Indian once near by.
