Hi, mein Name ist Nina und ich werde für ein Auslandsjahr nach Paris gehen. Für den Zeitraum suche ich jemanden, der mein möbiliertes Zimmer in meiner WG übernimmt. Die Mietdauer beläuft sich erst einmal auf September 2024 bis Ende Juni 2025, da ich aber voraussichtlich noch ein Auslandsjahr mache, besteht die Möglichkeit, es von September 2025 bis Sommer 2026 noch einmal zu mieten - soweit kann ich mich aber noch nicht festlegen.
Du würdest in einer 3er WG mit zwei anderen Mitbewohner/innen leben. Die Wohnung befindet sich zentral in Berlin, in Moabit (Mitte).
Wichtig für mich/uns ist, dass du zuverlässig und umgänglich bist und ein gewisses Ordnungsbewusstsein mitbringst.

Hi, my name is Nina and I'm going to Paris for a year abroad. During that time, I'm looking for someone to take over my furnished room in my shared apartment. The rental period is initially from September 2024 to the end of June 2025, but since I'm probably going to spend another year abroad, there's the possibility of renting it again from September 2025 to summer 2026 - but I can't commit to that yet.
You would live in a shared apartment with two other roommates. The apartment is centrally located in Berlin, in Moabit (Mitte).
It's important to me/us that you're reliable and sociable and have a certain sense of order.
