Über mich:
Ich bin 27 Jahre alt, weiblich und vollzeit berufstätig in Luxus-Marketing. Ich spreche fließend Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch und interessiere mich für Kunst, Design und Luxus. Wenn ich nicht im Büro bin, gehe ich täglich zum Pilates oder Barry‘s, in eine Kunstaustellung oder genieße einen Matcha in einem netten Café. Ich koche oft und gerne und bevorzuge Fine Dining mit anschließendem Filmabend. Hauspartys gibt es bei mir nicht.

Gesucht wird:
Eine nette und zuverlässige Mitbewohnerin, weiblich, im Alter von ca. 20-30 Jahren, die vollzeit berufstätig ist und die Miete problemlos bezahlen kann. Mir ist ein harmonisches Miteinander sehr wichtig. Ich suche eine ruhige und ordentliche Person, mit der ein angenehmes Zusammenleben möglich ist und die sich vielleicht auch mal vorstellen kann, mit mir Abend zu kochen oder Brunch essen zu gehen.

Vertragsdetails:
- Der Vertrag läuft von August 2024.
- Möglichkeit, Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch zu übernehmen.
- Miete beträgt 920€ inkl. WLAN, Strom und GEZ.

I don't do house parties.

Wanted:
A nice and reliable flatmate, female, aged around 20-30, who works full-time and can easily pay the rent. A harmonious coexistence is very important to me. I am looking for a quiet and tidy person with whom a pleasant cohabitation is possible and who can perhaps also imagine cooking dinner or going out for brunch with me.

Contract details:
- The contract runs from August 2024.
- Possibility to take over bed, wardrobe and desk.
