Da ich schweren herzens aus der WG ausziehe wir vorraussichtlich zum 22.07. ein Zimmer in unserer WG mit bester Sicht über die Museumsinsel und Richtung Kreuzberg/Neukölln frei.
Das Zimmer liegt Richtung Osten was bedeutet, dass du jeden Morgen von der Sonne geweckt wirst und es durch die großen Fenster den ganzen Tag über super hell ist.
Ich habe das Zimmer teilmöbliert übernommen und würde einzelne Möbel wie das Kallax-Regal gegen eine kleine Ablöse in dem Zimmer lassen - Was genau du übernehmen kannst/solltest können wir dann noch einmal besprechen 😊
Die Miete beträgt 723€ und beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Internet usw.)

As I am moving out of the shared flat with a heavy heart, a room in our flat with the best view over the Museum Island and towards Kreuzberg/Neukölln will be available on July 22nd.
The room faces east, which means that you will be woken up by the sun every morning and the large windows make it super bright all day long.
I have taken over the room partially furnished and would leave some furniture like the Kallax shelf in the room for a small fee - we can discuss what exactly you can/should take over 😊
The rent is 723€ and includes all utilities (electricity, water, internet etc.)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem der vier Hochhäuser in der Leipziger Straße im 18. Stockwerk mit zwei riesigen Balkonen.
Noch zentraler zu wohnen geht in Berlin fast nicht würde ich sagen. Die Buslinie 200 hält direkt vor der Haustür mit der du super richtung Alexanderplatz & PBerg kommst oder aber Tichtung Westen zur S+U Zoologischer Garten.
Die U-Bahn Linien U2, U6 sind Fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und richtung Hauptbahnhof kommt man mit der U5 auch super schnell.

The apartment is located in one of the four high-rise buildings on Leipziger Strasse on the 18th floor with two huge balconies.
I would say it's almost impossible to live more centrally in Berlin. The bus line 200 stops right in front of the front door and takes you to Alexanderplatz & PBerg or west to the S+U Zoologischer Garten.
The subway lines U2 and U6 can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and the with the U5 you can also reach the main station super fast.
Du wirst mit zwei super entspannten Mitbwohnern zusammenleben. Julius ist im Endspurt seines Informatik-Studiums an der Code University, kommt ursprünglich aus dem Süden Deutschlands und ist neben dem Studium meistens beim Zocken oder auf dem Basketballplatz anzutreffen. Jin kommt ursprünglich aus Korea und arbeitet als Künstler hauptsächlich an kinetischen Kunstinstallationen (alles was sich bewegt, leuchtet oder Töne von sich gibt verarbeitet er zu Kunst - richtig fancy Shit!). Er ist gefühlt schon eine Ewigkeit in Berlin - deutsch zu lernen hatte bislang aber eher keine Prio weshalb es von Vorteil ist wenn du der Englischen Sprache mächtig bist 😅😂
Da wir alle unterschiedliche Tagesabläufe hatten/haben würde ich unser Zusammenleben als entspannte Zwischenstufe zwischen Zweck-WG und zusammenwohnen mit Freunden beschreiben. Man versteht sich gut, trifft sich auch mal auf ein Gespräch in der Küche, geht ab und zu mal ein Bierchen zischen oder auf den Weihnachtsmarkt, hat aber Größtenteils seinen eigenen Alltag. 😊

You'll be living with two super relaxed flatmates. Julius is in the final phase of his computer science studies at Code University, is originally from the south of Germany and can usually be found gaming or on the basketball court alongside his studies. Jin is originally from Korea and works as an artist mainly on kinetic art installations (he turns everything that moves, lights up or makes a sound into art - really fancy shit!) It feels like he's been in Berlin for ages - but learning German hasn't been a priority so far, which is why it's an advantage if you speak English 😅😂
As we all had/have different daily routines, I would describe our life together as a relaxed intermediate stage between a functional shared flat and living with friends. We get on well, sometimes meet up for a chat in the kitchen, occasionally go out for a beer or to the Christmas market, but for the most part we have our own daily routine. 😊
Wenn du Interesse an dem Zimmer hast, dann schreib uns gerne ein paar Zeilen über dich.
