Ich vermiete für den oben genannten Zeitraum meine beiden Zimmer. Das kleine Zimmer (6 m2) dient als Wohnzimmer und mein größeres Zimmer mit circa 14 m2 als ASchlaf-/Arbeitszimmer. Die Zimmer sind vollständig möbliert (Bett, Couch, Schrank, TV, Schreibtisch). Die Zimmer sind hell und sonnendurchflutet. Zudem gehen die Fenster zum Innenhof hinaus.
Die Wohnung wurde vor circa 3 Jahren komplett renoviert. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (inklusive einem Geschirrspüler). Das Badezimmer ist großzügig geschnitten und mit zwei Fenstern ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen Balkon, der mit dem Zimmer meines MB verbunden ist. Der Flur bietet genug Platz, um mit Freunden zu Abend zu essen.

Iam looking for someone who wants to live in my rooms during Iam abroad. Iam sharing the flat with my roommate. He is 24 years old and open-minded.
I rent my two rooms. The smaller one is my living room (6 sqm) and the other one is my bedroom (14 sqm). Both rooms are completely furnished (bed, desk, couch, tv, closet etc.). Furthermore they are very bright and lighted by the sun.
The flat was completely renovated a few years ago. The corridor is quite big so it offers enough space for a table to have dinner with friends. The bathrooms has two windows. In the kitchen is also a dishwasher.
The flat is very centrally located in a quit sidestreet. Within 7 minutes you reach the train station. In the neigbourhood are plenty of bars, restaurants and grocery stores, not even five minutes away. Parks are also very near.
If there are any doubts because of the period don´t hesitate to talk about it.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße der belebten Badstraße. In 7 Minuten erreicht man den Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen. Dort hat man alle Anschlüsse, die man braucht (S- und U-Bahn, Ringbahn, Fernzüge, Regionalzüge). Dort gibt es auch gleich das Gesundbrunnencenter.
Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt diverse Lebensmittelläden, Bars und Restaurants. Und diese erreicht man in weniger als 5 Minuten.
Der Park Humboldthain und der Mauerpark sind ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen.
Ich wohne mit meinem Mitbewohner (24) zusammen. Er ist ein offener und geselliger Mensch.
