Große 74m2 WG in zentraler Lage - Mitbewohnerin gesucht

Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Spittelmarkt und Märkisches Museum und somit super zentral. Heinrich-Heine-Straße, Moritzplatz und Jannowitzbrücke sind auch gut erreichbar.
Alnatura , ein Asia Shop (ist gleichzeitig ein Späti und Blumenladen) und Netto sind quasi vor der Haustür. Edeka, Rossmann, Apotheke und ein arabisch geführter Supermarkt / Gemüseladen sind auch nicht weit.

Alnatura, an Asian Shop (with Asian groceries, Späti drinks and snacks, flowershop) and a Netto are basically in front of the house. Edeka, Rossman, pharmacies and an arabic vegetable market are also not too far away.

Du würdest mit mir, Laura, zusammen wohnen. Ich bin 34 Jahre alt und arbeite als Film- und Medienpädagogin. Ich leite die Kinderfilmuni Babelsberg in Potsdam und arbeite hin und wieder noch für Filmfestivals, die sich an Kinder und Jugendliche richten.
Ich bin sehr leicht für Dinge zu begeistern und eigentlich immer für Unternehmungen zu haben. Wenn ich zu Hause in der WG bin, koche ich sehr gerne, außerdem lese ich gerne, schaue gerne Filme an und bastele auch gerne bzw. mache kleine DIY-Projekte. Außerdem nehme ich sehr gerne an kulturellen Events teil - seien es Lesungen, Konzerte, Ausstellungen, (Film-)Festivals, Tanzperformances oder andere tolle Sachen. Ich mache über USC auch viel Sport - vor allem Tanzen (Contemporary).
Ich möchte gerne mit jemandem zusammenwohnen, die ähnliche Interessen hat wie ich und würde mich sehr freuen, beispielsweise eine der oben genannten Aktivitäten zusammen zu machen und ab und zu etwas gemeinsam zu unternehmen. Auch sehr schön ist es, einen gemeinsamen Abend auf der Couch zu verbringen / mal gemeinsam zu kochen / zusammen Abend zu essen... :)
Beim Zusammenleben ist mir wichtig, dass man gut und offen kommuniziert, sich gut versteht und anfreundet und (auch deswegen) gerne auch mal was füreinander macht bzw. eine kleine Gemeinschaft bildet. Ich bin auch sehr offen für Besuch und Gäste, wenn man sich vorher abspricht. Gleichzeitig soll die Wohnung ein Rückzugsort sein, in dem man runterkommen und entspannen kann. Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist mir auch sehr wichtig, damit man sich wohlfühlt. Bisher hat das immer ohne Putzplan sehr gut funktioniert - man macht einfach die Aufgaben, wenn man sie sieht.

You would live together with me, Laura. I am 34 years old and work as an educator for film and media. I am the project lead of a project called Kinderfilmuni (children's film university) by the Film University Potsdam Babelsberg. Occasionally I also work for film festivals for kids and teens.
I'm very easy to get excited about new things / ideas and I'm always up for an activity. When I'm at home, I love to cook a, I also like to read or do small DIY projects.
I also really enjoy taking part in cultural events - be it readings, concerts, exhibitions, (film) festivals or dance performances. I do a lot of sport through USC - especially dancing (contemporary).
I would like to live with someone who has similar interests and would be happy to do one of the above activities together. It would also be very nice to spend an evening together on the couch / cook together / have dinner together... :)
When living together, it's important to me that we communicate well and openly, get on well and become friends and (also because of this) like to do things for each other. I see a shared flat as a form of community. I'm also very open to visitors and guests, as long as we agree beforehand. At the same time, the apartment should be a comfy place where you can wind down and relax. Cleanliness and tidiness are also very important to me in order to feel comfortable at home. So far, this has always worked very well without a cleaning plan - you just do the chores when you see them.

Die Wohnung ist erstmal befristet bis 01.01.2027, potenziell für die Nicht der Vermieterin. Die weiß aber noch gar nicjt sicher, ob sie nach Berlin zurückkommen wird und somit kann es auch gut sein, dass der Vertrag dann verlängert wird. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist sehr gut und sie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Untermiete ist abgesprochen und eine Anmeldung ist möglich.

The apartment is limited until 01.01.2027, as the landlady would like to reserve the flat for her niece, who is still abroad. However, the niece may not come back to Berlin after all. In that case, she will extend the tenancy agreement. The contact with the landlady is very good and she is very nice and helpful. The sublet has been agreed and registration is possible.
