Unsere WG befindet sich hinter der Volksbühne, direkt am Rosa-Luxemburg Platz. Damit bist du bestens in alle Richtungen angebunden: U2 (1min zu Fuß), U8 (5min zu Fuß), M8 (direkt vor der Haustür), verschiedenste Busse usw.
Zudem bist du in 10min am Alex und hast damit direkten Anschluss an den S- und Regionalverkehr.
Eine Auswahl an Supermärkten und Drogerien findest du ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke.

Our shared apartment is located behind the Volksbühne, directly on Rosa-Luxemburg Platz. This gives you excellent connections in all directions: U2 (1min on foot), U8 (5min on foot), M8 (right outside the front door), various buses, etc.
You can also reach Alex in 10 minutes and have a direct connection to S-Bahn and regional transport.
You will also find a selection of supermarkets and drugstores right around the corner.
Wir sind eine gesellige Dreier-Wg und haben uns alle gern.
Du würdest im März mit meinen zwei Mitbewohnis zusammenwohnen. Beide sind im sozialen Bereich beruftstätig, leben schon länger in Berlin und sind daher auch gut eingebunden.
Natürlich können und wollen wir nicht von einer 1-monatigen Zwischenmiete erwarten, dass ein enges Verhältnis aufgebaut wird, dennoch freuen sich meine Mitbewohnis, wenn das ein oder andere Wort auch mal in der Küche gewechselt wird. Eine nette Atmosphäre ist uns wichtig - dazu gehört selbstverständlich auch, dass sich jede Person zurückziehen kann.

We are a sociable group of three and we all like each other.
You would be living with my two roommates in March. Both of them work in the social sector, have lived in Berlin for a long time and are therefore well integrated.
Of course, we can't and don't want to expect a 1-month interim rental to build a close relationship, but my roommates are still happy when a word or two is exchanged in the kitchen. A nice atmosphere is important to us - of course this also means that everyone can withdraw.
Vielleicht noch ein paar Hinweise:
1. Ich bin den März über (und vielleicht auch noch 1-2 Wochen länger) nicht in Berlin, bezüglich des Ein- und Auszugdatums bin ich flexibel und wir finden auf jeden Fall eine Lösung.
2. Ich würde einen klassischen Untermiet-Vertrag (Online-Vorlage) aufsetzen und eine Kaution von 100 Euro nehmen. Die Kaution bekommst du selbstverständlich bei Auszug zurück. Mir gehts da um eine kleine Absicherung, aber keine Sorge: mir geht es nicht um runtergefallene Gläser. Das passiert jeder Person mal!
3. Schreib mir doch gern zwei, drei Sätze (oder auch mehr) zu dir, falls du Interesse hast.

Maybe a few more hints:
1. I won't be in Berlin for March (and maybe 1-2 weeks longer). I'm flexible when it comes to moving in and out dates and we'll definitely find a solution.
2. I would draw up a classic sublease agreement (online template) and take a deposit of 100 euros. You will of course get the deposit back when you move out. I'm looking for a little protection, but don't worry: I'm not concerned about dropped glasses. This happens to everyone at some point!
3. Feel free to write me two or three sentences (or more) about yourself if you are interested.
