Deine zukünftige U-Bahn station ist U Bahnhof Nauener Platz und ist nur 2 Minuten von unserem Wohnsitz entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und gehört noch zum Bezirk Mitte.

Da hast du Anschluss zu der U9 Richtung Rathaus Steglitz wie in Richtung Zoologischer Garten und in Richtung Kurfürstendamm dort hast du die Umsteigemöglichkeiten in die S-Bahn und in die U-Bahn U2
Dann hast du noch die U-Bahn U9 Richtung Osloer Straße da hast du Anschluss an die U-Bahn Linie U8 Richtung Hermannstraße und Richtung Wittenau & Hermannstraße zum Alexanderplatz von da aus kannst du auch Umsteigen in die S-Bahn und weitere U-Bahnlinie nutzen ebenso fährt bei uns am Nauener Platz auch noch ein Bus die Linie 247 in Richtung Gesundbrunnen wo du einen Übergang in die U8 starten kannst

Wir haben bei uns in der Straße 2 Einkaufsmöglichkeiten einmal bei Penny und einmal bei Lidl direkt nebenan unserem Haus ist auch noch ein Spätkauf dort kannst du zur Not wenn nichts mehr im Kühlschrank ist auch noch hier den Rest besorgen und in unserer Straße sind viele Dönerbuden und eine Pizzaria. Ebenso haben wir mehrere Apotheken und Türkische Bäckerein und Supermärkte alles dabei und die möglichkeit in bestimmten Spätkäufen Pakete abzugeben sodass du nicht unnötig zur Post musst. Eine Fahrschule ist auch in unserer straße der Plötzensee ist nur 10 Minuten mit den öffentlichen von hier entfernt. Im Sommer ideal um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

sehr wichtig.Ich arbeite von zuhause aus und bin generell auf mich alleine gestellt ich finde Gespräche sollten sich spontan ergeben. Ich bin grundsätzlich gesellig aber dadurch das ich viel arbeite brauche ich danach eher Zeit für mich und bin fokussiert auf meinen Freundeskreis.
Unsere Nachbarn sind gemischt Rentner, Studenten, Normale Berufstätige Türkische Familien etc.

ich bin eine sehr saubere Person und lege auch Wert darauf, dass mein Mitbewohner genauso ist. Das Badezimmer ist zehn Jahre alt und sieht immer noch aus wie neu. Die anderen Räume sind auch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Ich erwarte, dass man mit der Wohnung sorgfältig umgeht, damit sie auch weiterhin gut erhalten bleibt. mit sauber machen meine ich nicht kurz fegen, sondern dass man sich eine Routine angeeignet und diese auch auch immer kontinuierlich von Anfang bis Ende durchzieht. Natürlich gibt es auch Tage wo ich auch mal keine Lust habe irgendwas zu machen. Aber die Grundlagen wie staubsaugen wischen müssen immer umgesetzt werden. Und ich erwarte dann auch, dass man von sich selber aus auf die Idee kommt, seine Sachen abzuwaschen und wegzuräumen. Wir sind kein Hotel, aber ich erwarte trotzdem, dass man mitdenkt und ein Augenmerk auf Sauberkeit hat und sich nicht zu schade dafür ist. Wir sollten beide erwachsen genug sein, zu wissen, dass solches eine Grundlage ist für ein stressfreies zusammenleben. Ich möchte dir nicht ständig hinterherrennen müssen, sondern ich erwarte selbstständiges Handeln.


Genau so Wichtig ist das ich offen mit dir über Unklarheiten sprechen kann ich möchte nicht das alles persönlich genommen wird. Kritik dient nur zur Verbesserung.

Pünktlich Miete zahlen ist Grundvoraussetzung.

Ich möchte ein lockeres Zusammenleben wo sich beide Seiten wohl fühlen.

Wenn ich verreise oder weg bin möchte ich mich zu 100% darauf verlassen können, dass du dich verantwortungsbewusst um die Wohnung kümmerst. Dasselbe kannst du auch von mir erwarten.
