Wir haben zwei Zimmer in unserer schönen Wohnung in Mitte, die wir gern mit einem Alleinerzieher oder eine Alleinerzieherin, mit Kind, teilen möchten.
Wir, das sind: Andrej, 59, Künstler, und Judith, meine Lebensgefährtin. Wir sind beide jung im Geist. Ich bin manchmal für ein paar Tage nicht da, und Judith ist sehr selten da, sie ist lieber auf dem Lande. Zur Zeit ist ein Zimmer belegt. Der Einzug wäre also idealerweise in etwa 3 Monate, damit wir eine Lösung finden für die Frau, die jetzt in das eine Zimmer ist. Möglich wäre allerdings auch, nur das eine Zimmer allein erstmal als Übergangslösung, also kurzfristig, zu vermieten, das wäre dann auch günstiger- mal sehen.
Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe Weinmeisterstraße, hat ca. 115 qm und 4 Zimmer, Altbau, schön und bequem, sonnig, mit einer großen Küche.
Das eine Zimmer hat ca. 23 qm, das andere ca 14, beide sind noch durch eine Tür verbunden. Altbau, sonnig. Die Miete wird ca. 650 Euro sein, genauer müssen wir noch schauen, hängt auch von den steigenden Heizungskosten ;-((. Die Zimmer sind jetzt spärlich möbliert, bei Bedarf kann ich noch einige Möbel hin- oder rausstellen.
Ideal für eine/einen Alleinerziehende/r mit Kind, dies ist auch mein expliziter Wunsch. Ich möchte gern ein Kind begleiten und wachsen sehen.
Weitere Angaben über uns: wir sind ein „normaler“ Haushalt, weder makrobiotisch oder vegan, noch extrem putzbesessen oder religiös. Ich rauche nicht, aber es stört mich auch überhaupt nicht. Judith raucht, wenn sie selten da ist. Da ist auch ein Klavier, du kannst gern darauf klimpern. Bei Wunsch auch ein Fahrrad.

We would like to share our flat in Mitte with someone with a child.
We are: Andrej, 59, artist, and Judith, my life partner. We are both young in spirit. Sometimes I am away for a few days, and Judith is rarely here, she prefers to be in the countryside. One rooms is now occupied, the other is free. The move-in then would ideally be in about 3 months so that we can find a solution for the woman who is here in the first room. But, it is also possible to have only this one room, the rent will be less then, until we settle all...we'll see.
The apartment, near Weinmeisterstrasse, has 115 square meters and 4 rooms, renovated old building, nice and comfortable, sunny, with a large kitchen.
One room has about 23 square meters, the other about 14, there is a door between them. Old nice building, sunny. The rent will be about 650 euros, we still have to look, it also depends on the rising heating costs ;-((. The rooms are now sparsely furnished, if necessary I can still put some furniture there or take some out.
Ideal for a single parent with a child, this is also my explicit wish. I would like to accompany and watch a child grow.
Further information: we are a “normal” household, neither macrobiotic nor vegan, nor religious or extremely obsessed with cleaning. I don't smoke, but it doesn't bother me. Judith smokes when she is, rarely, here. There is a piano, please, jingle on it, and if you want, a bicycle, too.

Wir, das ist meine Lebensgefährtin und Kulturmanagerin, und ich, Künstler. Wir sind beide jung im Geist und eher unkonventionell in viele Hinsichten. Meine Lebensgefährtin ist selten hier, aber wenn sie da ist, dann raucht sie. Ich bin öfters hier, aber auch manchmal bei Judith ausserhalb von Berlin.
