Ich biete ein schönes, helles Zimmer in meiner 120qm Dachgeschoss-Wohnung on Moabit.
Das Zimmer ist rechteckig geschnitten und kann daher praktisch eingerichtet werden. Es hat Fenster zur schönen, ruhigen Waldstraße.
Zusätzlich zum Zimmer gibt es einen separaten Arbeitsbereich, der sich auf einer erhöhten Etage der Wohnung befindet. Dazu gibt es ein Wohnzimmer und eine große Küche, in der man sich jederzeit aufhalten kann.
Im Sommer kann man sich auch schön auf den Balkon setzen, der auf den grünen Hinterhof hinaus zeigt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und dadurch sehr angenehm, vor allem im Sommer.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert. Wenn du keine Möbel hast, können wir aber sehen, ob wir trotzdem eine Lösung finden.
Der Rest der Wohnung ist möbliert.
Das Zimmer ist von April bis Ende August frei, weil mein Bruder dann einzieht.
Mein momentaner Mitbewohner musste aber jetzt schon ausziehen.
Ich würde mich über ein entspanntes Zusammenleben freuen, wo man gerne auch mal zusammensitzt.
Gleichzeitig werde ich auch häufig mal bei meiner Freundin sein, sodass wahrscheinlich nicht immer das große WG-Feeling herrschen wird. Dafür hättest du die Wohnung dann für dich :)

I offer a nice, bright room in my 120sqm attic apartment in Moabit.
The room is rectangular in shape and can therefore be practically furnished. It has windows to the beautiful, quiet Waldstraße.
In addition to the room, there is a separate work area, which is located on a raised floor of the apartment. There is also a living room and a large kitchen where you can spend time.
In summer, you can also sit out on the balcony, which looks out onto the green backyard.
The apartment is very bright and therefore very pleasant, especially in summer.
The room is unfurnished. If you don't have any furniture, we can see if we can find a solution anyway.
The rest of the apartment is furnished.
The room is free from April to the end of August because my brother is moving in then.
My current flatmate has already had to move out.
I would be happy to live together in a relaxed atmosphere where we can sit together from time to time.
At the same time, I'll be spending quite some time with my girlfriend, so there probably won't always be that WG-feeling. But then you would have the apartment to yourself :)
