Interested in spending Christmas in Berlin? I'm offering a spacious room in our cozy shared flat in Berlin-Moabit for temporary rent. The room is available from December 13th, 2024, to January 6th, 2025, and it's perfect for someone looking for short-term accommodation.
The room is furnished with a large double bed, desk, screen, and wardrobe. During your stay, you will have the flat partly entirely to yourself, as my flatmate will travel to the United States over Christmas to visit his family. His room will be cleared out and remain empty during this period.
Our flat is conveniently located between the Ringbahn station Westhafen and the U-Bahn station Birkenstraße (U9), offering easy access to public transport. Supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are also nearby.
The total rent for the period is 300 euros, including all utilities and Wi-Fi.

Hallo zusammen!
Ich biete ein geräumiges Zimmer in unserer gemütlichen WG in Berlin-Moabit zur Zwischenmiete an. Das Zimmer ist vom 13. Dezember 2024 bis zum 6. Januar 2025 verfügbar und eignet sich perfekt für jemanden, der eine kurzfristige Unterkunft sucht.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem großen Doppelbett, einem Schreibtisch, einem Bildschirm und einem Schrank ausgestattet. Während deines Aufenthalts wirst du die Wohnung teilweise ganz für dich alleine haben, da mein Mitbewohner über Weihnachten in die USA reist, um seine Familie zu besuchen. Sein Zimmer wird für diese Zeit komplett geräumt und bleibt leer.
Unsere WG liegt günstig zwischen der Ringbahn-Station Westhafen und der U-Bahn-Station Birkenstraße (U9), sodass die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel bequem zu erreichen sind. Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Die Gesamtmiete für den Zeitraum beträgt 300 Euro, inklusive aller Nebenkosten und WLAN.
