Hallo zusammen,
ich heiße Daniel, bin 29 Jahre alt und studiere Luft- und Raumfahrt an der TU Berlin. Momentan bereite ich mich auf meine Bachelorarbeit vor, und neben dem Studium arbeite ich als Werkstudent bei einer Aufzugsfirma.
Ich würde mich als entspannten und geselligen Typ beschreiben. In meiner Freizeit liebe ich es, lange Fahrradtouren in und um Berlin sowie Brandenburg zu unternehmen, und ich spiele sehr gerne Gitarre. Zudem bin ich halb Deutsch, halb Lateinamerikaner und schätze eine offene, freundliche Atmosphäre.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, aber ich kann übergangshalber eine Schlafcouch mit Matratze anbieten. Ich suche jemanden, der Lust auf ein aktives WG-Leben hat und sich gerne in den Alltag einbringt. Gemeinsam könnten wir einen Putzplan erstellen und so für eine entspannte und ordentliche Atmosphäre sorgen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer wunderschönen, ruhigen Straße, die 2013 vom Berliner Mieterverein als „Schönste Straße Deutschlands“ ausgezeichnet wurde. Die Gegend ist gut angebunden, und sowohl die Humboldt-Universität als auch die Technische Universität sind in nur 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen – ideal für Studierende!
Als Absicherung bitte ich um eine Kaution in Höhe einer Monatsmiete. Diese wird natürlich am Ende des Mietverhältnisses vollständig ausgezahlt. Wichtig zu beachten: Eine Anmeldung am Wohnort ist leider nicht möglich.

Hello everyone,
My name is Daniel, I am 29 years old, and I am studying Aerospace Engineering at TU Berlin. Currently, I am preparing my bachelor’s thesis, and alongside my studies, I work as a working student at an elevator company.
I would describe myself as a relaxed and sociable person. In my free time, I love going on long bike rides around Berlin and Brandenburg, and I really enjoy playing the guitar. Additionally, I am half German and half Latin American, and I value an open, friendly atmosphere.
The room is unfurnished, but I can offer a sofa bed with a mattress temporarily. I am looking for someone who is interested in an active shared living environment and likes to contribute to the daily routine. Together, we could create a cleaning schedule to maintain a relaxed and orderly atmosphere.
