The free room has 16 square meters, a wooden floor, and a large window to the backyard. It is very quiet. The room is furnished (as in the pictures) and has a bed, a desk, and a shelf. I would clear up some space so that you can store everything. The shared flat has a large living room with a fireplace. You could move into the room relatively flexibly, preferably you should cover the entire month of March. The flat comes with a washing machine, and a dishwasher and also has a nice balcony.
Bei dem freien Zimmer handelt es sich um ein 16qm großes Zimmer mit Holzboden und einem großen Fenster zum Hinterhof. Aufgrund der Lage zum Innenhof ist das Zimmer sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist möbiliert (wie auf den Bildern). Ich würde natürlich Platz freiräumen, sodass ihr alles untergestellt bekommt. Es gibt ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch und ein großes Regal. Die WG hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem Kamin. Ihr könntet das Zimmer relativ flexibel, im März beziehen und vorzugsweise den gesamten Monat abdecken. In fder WG sind eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine vorhanden und es gibt einen schönen Balkon.
The shared flat is located in Moabit. You are very close to Turmstraße, where you find food places. You are also right next to the Spree River.
Die WG befindet sich in Moabit im Westfalenkietz. Ihr seid super schnell an der Turmstraße, wo es viele Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Zuden ist man direkt an der Spree.
I'm subletting my room while escaping the winter and heading to Brazil. You would therefore be living with my flatmate, Ella (24). Ella moved to Berlin last year to do her master's in political science. Ella is a very likable and cheerful person. Apart from that, Ella likes exploring the city, meeting up with friends, and cooking.

Ich vermiete mein Zimmer unter, da ich dem Berliner Winter entfliehe und nach Brasilien gehe im März. Daher würdest du dann mit meiner Mitbewohnerin, Ella (24) zusammenwohnen. Ella ist letztes Jahr für ihren Master nach Berlin gezogen und studiert Politikwissenschaften. Ansonsten erkundet Ella genre alles was Berlin zu bieten hat, trifft sich gerne mit Freunden und kocht gerne.
Generell ist alles vorstellbar, aber es ist auch kein Zwang da! Melde dich doch einfach und erzähl ein wenig über dich! :)
