there is a room temporarily free in a great neighborhood, Neukölln, Körnerpark because one of us is on holliday :)
The price is 20€/night from november, 16th until december, 21th - or 560€ for the all period. It can just be a few nights as well.
The room is ca. 16m2 with big windows. It's a bright room with everything you need and is next to the hinterhof ,so very quiet. There is a desk where you can work, a chair to sit or read, a great bed, and enough space to hang your clothes. Everything you need for a stay.
The kitchen is equipped with lots of tools that you can use to cook. Feel free to use them. There is a table in the kitchen where you can sit, have a breakfast/coffee, diner etc, or just hang out. However, parties are not allowed! We clean the flat at least once a week and like things tidy in the flat. So basic cleaning after you use something is normal for us :) If you have a bike; there is a backyard where you can park it.
Please no party!
The flat has a great location! In a 5 minutes walk you are at the Termpelhoferfeld. There are plenty of bars closeby.
There are plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Aldi is 10 minutes by foot and there are several spätis around the corner. Also a Rewe, Netto are closeby at the Hermannstraße Station
Tempelhofer Feld and Körnerpark is around the corner.
Sbahn Hermannstraße ca. 10 min by foot
U8 Leinestraße within ca. 10 min by foot
You are living with one other person.
