bin Sarah (sie/ihr), 31 und bei mir im Richardkiez wird ab dem 15. Juli bis Mitte Oktober ein schönes helles Zimmer frei. Es ist 20m2 groß, hat ein großes Fenster Richtung Süden und kostet 550€ mit allem. Je nach dem, wie du es brauchst kann es möbliert oder unmöbliert vermietet werden. Die Küche ist gemütlich und voll ausgestattet. In der Wohnung wird nicht geraucht.
Ich bin Sozialarbeiterin in Teilzeit und werde ab Herbst noch eine Ausbildung zur Psychotherapeutin machen. Ich mache viel Pilates, mag Lesen, Sauna, Pflanzen und mit meinen Friends kuscheln. Mein Partner ist manchmal zu Besuch, das sollte okay für dich sein. Ich genieße Ruhe, auch zuhause und suche eine nette, rücksichtsvolle und sehr saubere Flinta Person mit queerfeministischer linker Grundhaltung. Ich finde es schön, ab und zu zusammen zu essen, Kaffe zu trinken oder Sport zu machen, aber nicht täglich und wichtiger als gemeinsame Aktivitäten sind mir ein rücksichtsvoller liebevoller Umgang und ein ruhiges und sehr aufgeräumtes Zuhause.
Ich wünsche mir von Mitbewohnis, dass sie auch gut Zeit mit sich selbst verbringen können. Mit deinen Emotionen und Bedürfnissen und solltest du dich auf jeden Fall schon beschäftigt haben und auch in der Lage sein, die einigermaßen reflektiert zu kommunizieren. Meine ausschweifenden Clubzeiten habe ich definitiv hinter mir und Prepartys und Afterhours möchte ich hier nicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, das ist für mich der einzige Haken an dieser Wohnung.
Wahrscheinlich macht ein Putzplan Sinn, Haare aus dem Abfluss, Krümel weg und Geschirr aufräumen wenn du Gemeinschaftsräume nutzt und wieder verlässt, sollte selbstverständlich sein.
Ich selber werde im Sommer noch für 6 Wochen weg sein und auch für diese Zeit versuchen mein Zimmer unterzuvermieten. Es gibt auch noch ein sehr kleines Zimmer, vielleicht auch das aber das sehen wir dann.
Schreib mir gerne wenn du Interesse hast. Morgen könnte ich dir aktuellere Fotos senden. Die im Anhang sind schon etwas älter und es hat sich einiges verändert hier. Aber damit du schon mal einen kleinen Eindruck bekommst :)

I'm Sarah (she/her), 31, and a nice, bright room will be available in my flat at Richardkiez from July 15th to October. It's 20m2, has a large window facing south and costs €550 with everything.
Depending on what you need, it can be rented furnished or unfurnished. The kitchen is cozy and fully equipped.
I'm a part-time social worker and i will start a training to be a psychotherapist soon. I do a lot of Pilates, like reading, sauna, plants, and cuddling with my friends. My partner sometimes visits, which should be okay for you. I enjoy peace and quiet, especially at home, and I am looking for a nice, considerate, and very clean Flinta person. I think it's nice to eat together every now and then, drink coffee, or do sports, but not every day, and more important to me than shared activities are considerate, loving interaction and a quiet, very tidy home.
I want roommates to be able to spend time on their own. You should definitely have dealt with your emotions and needs and be able to communicate them in a fairly reflective way. I'm definitely done with my club time and I don't want pre-parties and after-hours here. The walls are very thin here that's the only problem with this apartment for me.
A cleaning schedule probably makes sense, getting hair out of the drain, crumbs away and tidying up the dishes when you use and leave common rooms should be a given.
I myself will be away for another 6 weeks in the summer and will try to sublet my room for that time. There is also a
small room, maybe that too, but we'll see.
Feel free to write to me if you're interested. I could send you more recent photos tomorrow. The ones in the attachment are a bit older and a lot has changed here. But so you can get a little impression :)
