Wir suchen eine Frau ab 40 Jahren,die lebensbejahend ist, klare Kommunikation und Einfühlsamkeit schätzt und gut im Leben steht.
Lust dazu hat auch gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen und gegenseitig am Leben teilzuhaben.
Uns ist es wichtig dass wir uns zusammen :zuhause und wohl fühlen. .
Wir vermieten: 1 Zimmer in unserer schönen Altbauwohnung, mit hohe Decken , Stuck verziert.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert (die meisten der Möbel werden in den nächsten Monaten von der Vormieterin abgeholt, wir sind gerne behilflich, dann andere Möbel zu organisieren haben auch teilweise welche. ) und liegt an einer Seitenstrasse , die vom Hermannplatz abgeht.
Es ist groß, hell und hat genug Platz zum tanzen und Yoga machen
Es gibt eine Wohnküche, mit Waschmaschine und Speisekammer.
Bad mit Badewanne und einen Wasserfilter für Trinkwasser und gutes W-LAN.
Wir lieben es ruhig , sauber und entspannt ! :)
Zu den Mitbewohnern:
Du wirst mit Sandra (48) zusammenleben. Sandra ist kontaktfreudig, liebt die Natur, zu tanzen und frühstückt gerne auf dem Balkon. 🙂
Dein zweiter Mitbewohner ist Martin (46). Martin arbeitet von Zuhause am Computer, ist also viel da und geht gerne Tischtennis spielen. Jeden Sonntag macht er Pancakes wo die Wg eingeladen ist zusammen zu Frühstücken.
Wir leben in der Wohnung vegetarisch !
No goes: Drogen, starkes Parfüm, nicht biologische Waschmittel, ständig Party,
ständige tinder dates, Untervermietung , Zweck- Wg , Unordnung

We are looking for a woman ,40 years and older :) who is life-affirming, values clear communication and sensitivity and is doing well in life.
They also want to spend time together and be involved in each other's lives.
It is important to us that we feel together and comfortable at home. .
We rent: 1 room in our beautiful old building apartment, decorated with high ceilings and stucco.
The room is furnished ( the most of the furniture will be picked up in the next months from from the woman who lived there before, and we can help to organise new furniture if necessary and we also have some of it available ) and is located on a side street that leads to Hermannplatz.
It is large, bright and offers enough space for dancing and yoga
There is a kitchen-living room with washing machine and pantry.
Bathroom with bathtub and water filter for drinking water and good WiFi.
We love it quiet, clean and relaxed! :) :) :)

You live with Sandra (48). Sandra is sociable, loves nature, dances and enjoys breakfast on the balcony. 🙂
Your second roommate is Martin (46). Martin works from home on the computer, travels a lot and enjoys playing table tennis. Every Sunday he bakes pancakes and the shared apartment is invited to breakfast together.
We live vegetarian in the apartment!
No gos: drugs, strong perfume, inorganic cleaning products, constant partying,
