Die Wohnung befindet sich in Neukölln und ist sehr groß (3,5 Zimmer, 82 qm). Das Zimmer ist das kleinere von (derzeit) zwei WG-Zimmern aber dennoch sehr groß und geräumig (ca. 15qm). Zusätzlich hättest du noch ein halbes Zimmer zur Verfügung, welches ich und meine Mitbewohnerin bisher als Ankleidezimmer genutzt haben aber man könnte es auch zu einem gemeinschaftlichen Wohnzimmer umgestalten oder noch einen dritten Mitbewohner einziehen lassen. Das können wir aber gerne später noch besprechen.
Insgesamt kostet dich das Zimmer 650€ warm und es würde noch eine Kaution von 1372,50€ dazu kommen.
U-Bahn ist 3 min zu Fuß entfernt, Bus 5 min und es gibt ein großes Angebot an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Lidl, Aldi, Kaufland und ein Einkaufszentrum wären in Max 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen).
Die Anbindung durch die U-Bahn und Busse ist wirklich super und man ist sehr schnell in Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. Man hat hier in der Nähe auch Möglichkeiten schnell in die Natur zu gehen, was für mich immer ein schöner Ausgleich zum wimmeligen Stadtleben war.

The apartment is located in Neukölln and is very large (3.5 rooms, 82 sqm). The room is the smaller of (currently) two shared rooms but is still very large and spacious (approx. 15 square meters). In addition, you would have half a room available, which I have previously used as a dressing room with my flat mate, but you could also convert it into a shared living room or have a third roommate move in. We can talk about it later :). In total, the room will cost you €650 warm and there would also be a deposit of €1372.50. The subway is 3 minutes away on foot, the bus is 5 minutes away and there is a wide range of shopping opportunities nearby (Lidl, Aldi, Kaufland and a shopping center can be reached in a maximum of 10 minutes on foot). The connection via the subway and buses is really great and you can get to Mitte, Friedrichshain, etc. very quickly. There are also opportunities to quickly go into nature nearby, which for me was always a nice balance to the busy city life.
