Hallo liebe Menschen,
in unserer tollen 5er WG in Neukölln wird ab November ein Zimmer frei und wir suchen eine Person, die Bock auf Zusammenleben hat. Wir haben uns diesen Mai neu gegründet und fühlen uns hier schon zuhause (trotz des etwas besonderen Grundrisses), und daher auch noch nicht in irgendwelchen Dynamiken festgefahren. Wir möchten gemeinschaftlich wohnen und leben, und dabei einen Zuhause kreieren, in dem jede*r sich wohlfühlt. Wir lieben den Kiez alle sehr und freuen uns auf zukünftige Koch-, Spiele- und Barabende, Ausflüge zum Flohmarkt, Demos, Tischtennis.
Wir sind vier FLINTA*, die gerne politisch aktiv sind, sich auf vielerlei Art sportlich aktiv betätigen, sehr gerne viel Tee & Kaffee trinken, Sonnenuntergänge auf dem nahegelegenen Tempelhofer Feld angucken, und alle irgendwie den Drang haben, ab und zu Ruhe in der Natur zu suchen (wir haben eine kleine Hütte in Brandenburg, die wir gemeinsam besuchen können!). Kühlschrankkommunismus und vegetarisch/vegan - ab bald auch mit Solawi. Wir sind eine queere/queer-freundliche WG und haben keinen Bock auf irgendwelche -ismen.
Die Wohnung ist auf zwei Stockwerke aufgeteilt (EG & 1.OG). Man kann die zwei Stockwerke durch getrennte Haustüren erreichen, es gibt aber auch eine Treppe innerhalb der Wohnung. Die Treppe innerhalb der Wohnung ist zwischen zwei Schlafzimmern (das untere davon wird frei), wodurch die Zimmer Durchgangszimmer sein können, aber nicht müssen. Die Treppe kann wie eine Tür durch eine Luke verschlossen werden (siehe Fotos). Das freie Zimmer ist im Erdgeschoss, dort befindet sich neben einem weiteren Schlafzimmer auch noch die Küche und ein WC mit Waschmaschine. Im 1.OG ist das Wohnzimmer, das große Bad mit Duschwanne und drei weitere Schlafzimmer. Das Haus ist ein Altbau und kommt daher mit allen bekannten Vor- und Nachteilen - schöne Böden und hohe Decken aber auch dünne Wände und schlechte Isolierung. Gerade im EG ist die Nähe zur Straße definitiv etwas, was Mensch auf dem Schirm haben sollte. Die Juliusstraße ist zwar keine Hauptverkehrsstraße, aber man bekommt das Straßenleben trotzdem mit - tiefer Schlaf ist daher auf jeden Fall ein Vorteil! FYI für Personen, die ein hohes Bedürfnis nach Rückzugsraum & Ruhe haben, ist das Zimmer evtl. wegen der oben genannten Faktoren und Grundriss leider eher herausfordernd.

Hello everyone,
We have a room available in our great 5-bed flat share in Neukölln from November! We founded our new flatshare this May and already feel at home here (despite the somewhat special layout of the flat), so we are not yet stuck in any particular dynamics. We want to create a home where everyone feels comfortable. We all love the neighbourhood and are looking forward to future cooking, games and bar evenings, trips to the flea market, demos and table tennis.
We are four FLINTA* who like to be politically active, do all kinds of sports, drink lots of tea and coffee, watch sunsets on the nearby Tempelhofer Feld, and somehow also have the urge to seek peace and quiet in nature from time to time (we have a small hut in Brandenburg that we can visit together!). Fridge communism and vegetarian/vegan - soon also with Solawi. We are a queer/queer-friendly flat share and are against any -isms.
The flat is divided into two floors (ground floor & 1st floor). You can reach the two floors through separate front doors, but there is also a staircase within the flat. The staircase within the flat is between two bedrooms (the lower of which will be vacant), which means that the rooms can be connecting rooms, but do not have to be. The staircase can be closed like a door by a hatch (see photos). The vacant room is on the ground floor, where there is another bedroom, the kitchen and a toilet with washing machine. On the first floor is the living room, the large bathroom with shower tray and three further bedrooms. The house is an old building and therefore comes with all the known advantages and disadvantages - beautiful floors and high ceilings but also thin walls and poor insulation. Especially on the ground floor, the proximity to the street is definitely something to keep in mind. Juliusstraße is not a main road, but you can still hear the street life - so a good night's sleep is definitely an advantage! FYI for people who have a high need for retreat & peace, the room may unfortunately be rather unsuitable due to the above factors and floor plan.
