Es wäre toll wenn du berufstätig mit einem unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag wärst.Und etwas Erfahung mit einem sauberen ordentlichen WG Leben hast. Einkommensnachweis sowie
Meine Wohnung ist recht klein ,daher ist es ganz wichtig dass du EIGENSTÄNDIG SAUBER MACHST UND KEIN DRECK IM BAD UND DER KÜCHE HINTERLÄSST!
Besuch ist nicht erlaubt auch keine Haustiere !da kein Platz vorhanden ist und ich Vollzeit berufstätig bin und abends meine Ruhe brauche!
Gerne bin ich auch dafür mal was gemeinsam zu unternehmen- jedoch sollte jeder sein Rückzugsort haben !
Eine reine Zweck WG muss nicht sein. Mir ist jedoch Respekt und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme sehr wichtig!

Auf dem Wg Zimmer Foto sind Gegenstände drauf die noch aus dem Zimmer genommen werden.Inbegriffen ist nur das Bettgestell ohne Matratze und der Schreibtisch! Alles andere kommt raus!! bitte beachten.
