Ich biete ein möbliertes WG-Zimmer 22qm an für 780,- Die Wohnung ist 60qm groß und schön hell. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Bett 140cm, einen Schreibtisch und eine Couch sowie einen Kleiderschrank. Durch die zwei großen Fenster ist es sehr schön hell.
Das Zimmer ist verfügbar für bis zu 6 Monate ab Januar 2025. Ein kürzer Zeitraum ist aber auch möglich. Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer ruhigen Person, bitte nur Nichtraucher.
Das Gerüst vor dem Fenster ist nicht mehr da, es ist ein altes Foto.
Room for sublet 6 months
I offer a furnished shared room 22sqm for 780,- The flat is 60sqm big and nice and bright. The room has a big bed 140cm, a desk and a couch as well as a wardrobe. Because of the two big windows there is a lot of light.
The room is available for up to 6 months from January 2025, but a shorter period is also possible. I am looking for a quiet person, non-smokers only please.
The construction in front of the window is not there anymore, it's an old picture.

Ich bin eine Weile im Ausland aber kann noch nicht ganz einschätzen wie lange und möchte die Miete nicht für die gesamte Wohnung zahlen, wenn ich kaum da bin. Sonst wohne ich hier normalerweise alleine und verwende mein zweites Zimmer als Gästezimmer. Ich werde wahrscheinlich alle zwei Monate mal da sein für ca. eine Woche. Es ist also so, als würdest du eine Einzimmerwohnung für dich alleine haben. Die Wohnung ist möbliert mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine.
I'm abroad for a while but can't quite estimate how long and don't want to pay the rent for the whole flat when I'm hardly there. Otherwise I usually live here alone and use my second room as a guest room. I'll probably be there every two months for about a week. So it's like having a one-bedroom flat all to yourself. The flat is furnished with a washing machine and dishwasher.
