Die Wohnung ist 112 qm groß, sanierter Altbau mit Dielenboden, großen Fenstern und Balkon. Außerdem hat sie ein großes Wohnzimmer (ca. 25 qm) und eine gemütliche Küche.
Das Zimmer kostet 700€ / Monat bzw. 1225€ für sieben Wochen.

I'm subletting my beautiful room for seven weeks. The room is around 20 m2 and fully furnished. The flat is 112 m2, renovated Altbau with plank floor, huge windows and a balcony. The flat comes with a large living space (around 25 m2) and a cosy kitchen. The rent is 700€/ month, 1225€ for seven weeks.
Die Wohnung liegt am Rand vom Schillerkiez in Neukölln, super nah zum Tempelhofer Feld (zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten). Auch Supermarkt, Drogerie, Apotheke, U-Bahn Station (Leinestraße) und S Bahn (Hermannstraße) sind jeweils fünf Minuten entfernt.

The flat is located at the corner of Schillerkiez in Neukölln, very close to the Tempelhofer Feld (around 5 minutes). A supermarket, drugstore, pharmacy and public transport (U-Bahn Leinestraße and S-Bahn Hermannstraße) are all within 5 minutes walking distance.
Ruhiger und netter Mitbewohner mit dem man gut in der Küche abhängen kann. Wir sind keine Party WG, arbeiten beide Vollzeit (z.T. von Zu Hause) und finden Ordnung und Sauberkeit ganz gut.

The flatmate is very nice and quiet, always up for a chat in the kitchen. We are not a party WG, both work fulltime (partly from home) and like a decent amount of tidiness and cleanliness.
Handtücher und Bettwäsche gibt's auch
