As I am moving out of the WG, I am looking for someone to take over my room starting in February. The WG consists of 4 rooms, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The room is located in the innenhof of the building, making it super quiet and pretty bright for being in the ground floor. All furniture in the pictures is included with the rent. The rent includes everything (heating, electricity, internet etc).
The location is perfect!! Being close to S+U Hetmannstr, U8 and the ring takes you everywhere in Berlin incl. BER airport and Südkreuz. Both Schillerkiez and the Tempelhofer Feld is litteraly 5 min away. Many shopping possibilities in walking distance and endless restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. The street is really calm as no buslines pass by.
We are an international flat of working people, mostly spending our time working and occasionally socializing in the kitchen. The vibe is friendly but we usually go on with our own schedules.
As the apartment is owned by a company you will have to provide as soon as possible:
