Das Zimmer ist sehr besonders, weil es über einen eigenen kleinen Flur verfügt. Es ist quasi wie eine kleine Wohnung in der Wohnung. Außerdem ist das Zimmer nach Süden ausgerichtet und es ist den ganzen Tag sehr schön hell. Ich habe acht Jahre in dem Zimmer gelebt und es sehr geliebt.
The room is very special because it has its own small hallway. It's almost like a little apartment within the apartment. Additionally, the room faces south, so it's very bright throughout the day. I lived in the room for eight years and loved it very much.
Die Lage ist ein absolutes Träumchen. Vermutlich müsste man die Karl-Marx-Str. niemals verlassen, weil man hier wirklich alles bekommt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants, sowie der S+U Bahnhof Neukölln liegen direkt vor der Haustür. Außerdem liegt der wunderschöne Körnerpark nur fünf Minuten fußläufig entfernt - genauso wie Rixdorf, ein super süßer Kiez mit sehr schönen alten Häusern.
The location is an absolute dream. You probably wouldn't have to leave Karl-Marx-Str. at all because you can find everything here: shops, bars, restaurants, and the S+U-Bahn station Neukölln are right at your doorstep. Additionally, the beautiful Körnerpark is only a five-minute walk away – just like Rixdorf, a super charming neighborhood with very beautiful old houses.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner:innen sind Lucia, Steph und Alberto. Alle drei sind super lieb! Wenn es die Zeit erlaubt, verbringen sie Zeit miteinander, aber da alle schon arbeiten, hat natürlich jeder seinen Alltag und ist auch viel unterwegs. Gesucht wird auf jeden Fall eine offene und liebe Person, die vielleicht nicht mehr jeden Abend eine wilde Party braucht, ordentlich ist und einfach gut reinpasst. Es wäre auf jeden Fall supi, wenn du ganz gut Englisch sprechen kannst, da Steph und Alberto noch Deutsch lernen und meistens Englisch gesprochen wird. :)
Your new flatmates are Lucia, Steph, and Alberto. All three are really lovely! If time allows, they spend time together, but since they all work, everyone has their own routine and is often out and about. What they’re looking for is definitely an open and kind person who maybe doesn’t need a wild party every night, is tidy, and just fits in well. It would definitely be great if you can speak English fairly well, since Steph and Alberto are still learning German, and English is usually spoken. :)
Ich ziehe bereits am 01.02. aus, also kann das Zimmer eventuell auch etwas früher bezogen werden. Es kommt ein bisschen darauf an, ob dir die Möbel gefallen und du sie mir für ein bisschen Geld abkaufen möchtest. Aber kein Problem, wenn nicht - ab dem 15. ist sonst auf jeden Fall alles draußen. :)
I’m moving out on February 1st, so the room could possibly be available a little earlier. It depends a bit on whether you like the furniture and would want to buy it from me for a small amount. But no problem if not – everything will definitely be gone by the 15th. :)
