The room has beautiful old wooden floors and one small and one large window through which the sun shines directly. It is a very bright and spacious room. Richie, one of the other flatmates, also used to live in this room and renovated the wall himself with beautiful wood paneling. This gives the room a very special atmosphere.
Additionally, there is a large kitchen with a table and a couch and a big bathroom with bath tab and shower. We also have a large shared balcony which is connected to one of the flatmates room.
The location couldn't be much better: a minute's walk away is the Neukölln S-Bahn station and the U7. Otherwise, there is the Körnerpark and 3 supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. If it is late and you are thirsty, you can always find a Späti that is still open. There is also a large selection of bars and restaurants in the direct neighbourhood.
Currently its Richie, Georg, Francis and me (Julia, I'm the one moving out)
For a pretty long time the WG has been mixed men and women which was always super nice. To keep the balance we are looking for a women to move in again.
About us..
Richie has a startup and is a Yoga teacher in a studio in Neukölln. Georg works as a data scientist and is the one who lives the longest in the house (almost 7 years). Georgs girlfriend Leslie is also part-time member of the WG and is often in the house, happy to bake or cook some nice meals with us. Francis is the newest flatmate in the house and is doing his PHD in German literature.
We love to cook, chat in the kitchen, explore Berlin and go out and dance together. Now we are looking for a nee roommates to join our crew!
